Ordered supply stops Oct. 7 2020. When received they had sent the wrong stops. It took several weeks just for them to get back with me and when they did they wanted me to return the wrong stops they sent before they would send the correct stops I had ordered. The wrong stops were sent back last Monday Nov. 16 2020. I have not received the correct stops an of this writting NOv. 24 2020 or received an email that they have been shipped.
Beware of this store. The only reason I am giving one star is because it will not let me post unless I do. I give it a NEGATIVE STAR

Bought through a local ferguson. Came packaged well. Only gripe: I had to hunt for matching drain hardware elsewhere. Otherwise flawless.

My customer ordered some Plumbing Fixtures from this place. She spent thousands.. I'm a busy contractor and my lead time to start this job was several months. After I started putting together everything I found that There were several parts missing from her shower faucet fixtures andShower curtainAssembly. I called Strom and brought this to their attention. They said because 30 days had passed since my customer bought the parts they would charge her for parts they did not pack when she bought her fixtures.They were going to charge her$140 for one tiny little brassPipe they neglected to put in the boxThey were going to charge herA lot of money for other parts that were missing.Add to this the fact that it took me nearly two weeks to get a customer service rep on the phone.

I bought a strom faucet 20 years ago and needed a replacement handle. I sent a photo of the faucet and the original invoice showing the model to strom. The faucet was discontinued but they said they had a comparable model and told me which part to buy. I bought the part from a distributor because it had a lower price. The part didn’t fit and strom is refusing to issue a full refund to the distributor. I’m pretty upset that there is no part for my $500 faucet but also upset I wasted $100 on handles that don’t fit. I can’t believe this company has no integrity. I spent $1000s with them when I remodeled my bathrooms. Now apparently I need a whole faucet because one small part got loose and fell down the drain. Reputable faucet companies have lifetime guarantees. So disappointing.

Contractor commented mid‑job, “Wow, I haven’t handled something this substantial in ages.” He got the alignment perfect and was genuinely impressed.
