Excellent service. I called at 8am, service man arrived by 8:30. New controller and pressure switch plus wiring replaced and operational by 10am.

I woke up to no water anywhere on my property and not a sound coming from my well. In full panic, cause I have no clue, let's go to you tube. So, I as just going to change the full control box for the well. Can't find one anywhere sale. So I called Goodell Wells and Steve answered. I ran my story acrossed to him and he walked me through a few things. Long story short we are up and running again. Thank you again for your patience and helping to walk me through fixing my well.

I am just upset with the company. I fixed my water pump cost over $6000. Only a year and a half. The water pump broke. There is a baby in the house with no water. The quote was to pull up and see what cause the problem will cost another $1250. This is a day after Christmas. I just lose trust in them.

We were having problems with a bunch of air sputtering from our fausets from the well. My husband gave them a call, from the gate they were super professional and very nice. Within an hour someone was at our house. We had very little knowledge about the well so he took time to explain exactly what all the parts did and how they work. He changed a valve for us and put on a gauge. Also informed us this would be a recurring fix due to calcium buildup. They were fast, efficient, really nice, and very reasonablly priced.

Called on Sunday with an emergency. An actual person answered and said they would send someone right out. And that actually happened! Sean, the repairman, knew exactly what to do. He also gave me excellent advice on well maintenance and energy saving. And, the price for the service call was less than I expected. 5 stars for this company.

I found out that the well went out on the house that we moved into this week as I walked in the door from work at 6 o’clock on a Friday night. Great, I don’t know anything about wells. The company that had just inspected my well and did service on it won’t answer. I found Steve on Google and gave them a call. Now about 6:30pm, he picks his phone right up and proceeds to walk me through over the phone how to take my entire electrical system apart, clean it and put it together, over the next hour and a half. I am absolutely blown away with how gracious he was to do this for me. It was not just good service, it was absolutely selfless. My water is now on… And my wife thinks I’m a hero LOL! Thank you so much, Steve!

Steve was very responsive on getting back to me and sending someone out to fix our water pump problem ASAP. Marshall was very professional and knowledgeable on the situation. This company was straight to the point and there were no gimmicks. Highly recommend!

Michael from Goodewell and Pump helped us understand how our pump system at our new place worked and how to keep it in good repair. He took only a few minutes to determine the problem (blocked nipple and fused pressure contacts) and had the replacement equipment to make the repair in his truck. For a next-day repair that probably saved our plumbing and well pump, the charge was very reasonable.

Well pump quit working on a windy rainy day and on a Sunday for crying out loud. . Called this company and they were out and repaired my well pump. Within 20 min the problem was fixed. A+ in my book. Will definitely use this company and recommend to all my neighbors. Lupe Garcia

It's been several years ago that they replaced our pump in our well, and it has worked perfectly since then. We had an issue the other day with the tank pressure, I called and was given some trouble shooting advice. I was able to easily correct the pressure issue and after doing some additional trouble shooting per their advice discovered the bladder in my pressure tank was bad. I replaced the tank, and everything is great now. Thank you so much for the advice, it was spot on.

I don't usually leave reviews but wanted to thank Goodell or as I found them goodwell. Anyway we had a problem with our pump and tried ourselves to figure it out but sometimes you need someone who has experience to do that. I highly recommend them if you can get them. Thank you for your timely effort and resolve, will go to you again as long as your there, thanks again!!

This very nice man came out with his wife in the truck and I hardly had to wait after calling him for help! We had checked the breaker and the electricity so we figured it was the pressure switch. We had 1 so he quickly put it on and walah! We had water 💦! Very nice and this is a good company!

Steve was awesome. At 6pm after what I could only assume a very long work day for him, he took time to help me out with a well pump situation that I i’m almost certain most would’ve not been available and or charged an arm and a leg. Literally so impressed with his service and kindness!! I would absolutely recommend him and will continue to use him in the future. 10 Star service, Thank you!

Goodell Well and Pump Services helped us get our well running when we were desperate on a Sunday afternoon. We woke up Saturday to our well not operating on Saturday morning. I tried to troubleshoot the situation on my own through Saturday with mixed results. Feeling that the pump was shot and with my family without water a second day I called and spoke with Gretchen in the early afternoon and explained my well's situation. She had Steve call me as he left another job and he selflessly walked me through some troubleshooting that allowed me to get my water back on over the phone. It ended up being an easier fix than I anticipated. It is awesome to know there are still individuals who will help people in need without trying to take advantage of their desperate situation. There are many companies that would have taken advantage of our naivety and it could have cost us thousands of dollars we did not need to spend. I will be referring everyone I know to Goodell Well and Pump Services for now on. Thank you Steve and Gretchen!

I came home to my water well system not working. ( i have absolutely 0 experience working with a well btw ) so I called Steve and he quickly had a solution and the correct capacitor i needed to get my system back working again. Mind you, this was at like 6pm on a Saturday, and he still picked up first call! I was able to pick the part up quickly, and for a extremely good price. When i went home and installed the capacitor there were a couple things i needed help troubleshooting and Steve was more than happy to answer my call and walk me through the process. My system works perfectly again. I deeply appreciate businesses like Goodell well & pump services. Not many people out there like them in this day and age. I recommend this company to anyone that is in need of well and pump services. Thanks again and god bless you!!

Pulled a no show for the appointment an then wouldn’t answer the phone. Waisted a day of my vacation for this guy to not show up but why would he care. Very poor customer service

Been waiting a month for my repair!
Don't show up when promised, no phone calls... don't answer phone and now mailbox is full. Avoid at all costs! Still no repair!
