I’ve been working with Comfort Mechanical for a few years now and can confidently say they are one of the most trustworthy and reliable HVAC companies I’ve worked with. They handle preventative maintenance and repairs across several of my commercial properties and have also come to the rescue at my own home a few times.

Every technician I’ve worked with has been professional, skilled, and incredibly efficient. They’re honest about what needs to be done and what doesn’t. I always feel confident that things are being handled properly.

It’s hard to find vendors who consistently deliver high-quality work and are easy to communicate with, but Miguel and his team always deliver. I highly recommend them for both commercial and residential HVAC needs. They’ve earned my trust!

Great experience, Miguel was very informative and was able to address my issues with my AC. We had a previous company (Villara) come out and tell us they couldn't find the leak in our AC. Miguel was able to address the problem and get it fixed quickly. I will definitely be using them in the future

Our entire senior apartment complex has been without a/c since last summer. The management FINALLY decided to address this issue last week because of the pending heatwave. Miguel and the whole Comfort Mechanical crew worked tirelessly for days to get it up and running. They were kind, respectful of the tenants and the property, and empathetic to our circumstances (a bunch of old people with no ac in SACRAMENTO during a hestwave.). They showed more compassion towards us than our managers did!

I learned about Comfort Mechanical when my home warranty service dispatched them to my house for a HVAC Duct problem. Unfortunately, the problem was not a covered item on my warranty policy but I had them perform the work anyway and they did a great and professional job at a very good price. Comfort's Technicians are efficient and thorough. I had Comfort perform another job at a different property a few weeks later and they did an outstanding AC condenser and coil replacement job and I could not be happier with the work and the price! I dealt primarily with Miguel Garcia, the owner of the company, who was a pleasure to deal with and provided me with accurate diagnosis and scope of work explaining the whole process and answered all my questions accurately and truthfully.

As a business owner, I am required to have an annual maintenance plan for the 2 HVAC units on our building. We hired Comfort Mechanical through a recommendation from a friend and I am so grateful for the recommendation! CM has been prompt with communication, they are organized and thorough during quarterly maintenance service calls. They provide a detailed account of what was completed, current condition of components and recommendations for preventative maintenance. Their service technician is friendly and professional. We actually fired our the previous mechanical contractor performing our annual maintenance because of poor communication and lackluster service and CM has been everything we could hope for and more in a mechanical contractor! We would recommend their services to anyone!!

I had a leak in my air conditioning system per the plumber I sent out by error.. I called two companies to come out one of which was this company and the other couldn’t find the clog couldn’t solve the issue.

this company solve the issue very timely! The customer service is excellent Jessica from the office calls people back and actually a human is answering the phone .SAAN who handled my repair and leak/clogging of the system was fantastic. my home is a condominium so it has a lot of turns and twist in the piping. Like I said the other companies could not get to it. Saan has a lot experience gave me all the details so I could understand the workmanship.. He worked diligently and did not give up. I’m grateful and thankful for this companies, professionalism, and responsiveness

Don’t think twice! Comfort Mechanical is amazing! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Shortly after purchasing our home, our entire AC unit went out. I know absolutely nothing about AC units, let alone needing to replace one. I worked with Miguel through our replacement process and he was amazing! He was not only professional but he was extremely informative. He kept me in the loop about everything he was doing. The prices are extremely reasonable and he guarantees all his work! Where do I begin? I’m a new ish home owner (bought an older home), my husband works out of town and I’m home with our 2 sons. Right as the season began shifting to colder weather our heating and air unit stopped working. Panicked I reached out to my husband. He had met Miguel, the owner of Comfort Mechanical and knew exactly who to call with our concerns. I was blown away at the receptiveness of not only the owner but his wife (who scheduled) and the employee who arrived later that day; Saan. Immediately I was texted updates and arrival times of their employee Saan. He was so efficient, kind and respectful! I was uncomfortable with my husband being out of town and immediately that worry was laid to rest. He was extremely thorough and communicated everything he was doing, not just so I knew where he was but more so that I could gain understanding of what was happening. Ultimately a part was needed for our unit and once they had it they were back in literal days! Saan completed the job, our heat and air work beautifully AND he gave me pointers on the vents and filters to ensure a better experience overall. It’s a rarity to find not only trusting individuals to help in a crisis but I felt like they took care of us so expedited as if we were family. I’ll never forget the comfort and peace of mind they provided for me and my sons while we didn’t have the support of Dad. Thank you Miguel, Taylor & Saan! Miguel Garcia and his entire crew are fantastic! They do great work and are compassionate wonderful people. I live in a senior community that has been without air conditioning for several months and these guys got it running before the 2 days of 100 degrees. They came on Saturday and took the time to check on many apartments that needed adjusts. Don't hesitate hire them!🩷🩷🩷

My ac went out during the heat of summer. I called comfort mechanical and Miguel came out the next day. They installed a new system in one day which was a lifesaver. 2 years later, I had a problem and emailed Miguel. He sent a tech out the next day and fixed the issue. Turned out it was caused by a dirty filter which was my fault. Customer service is amazing. Anytime I contact him, he responds the same day and if needed has had a tech come out right away. I highly recommend using comfort mechanical.

This company is the best. We had some real big issues with HVAC ducting under our subfloor, some varmints had compromised them, and one was actually still inside the duct work when Comfort Mechanical came out to investigate. After mitigating the varmint issue with my pest control company, Comfort immediately scheduled the tear out and replacement of our duct work, with the work completed within three days. Everybody that I dealt with at Comfort was professional & personable, with a customer care attitude. From Miguel the owner, to the installation lead Fox, and the office staff, this company was top notch. Oh, and the price point was exceptional!!! I would highly recommend this company!!!

We recently moved into an older house and the heating wasn’t working properly. I called for furnace repair and within two hours, Marvin showed up to check out our furnace. In just thirty minutes, he had it cleaned and running better than we expected! Everyone was friendly and professional, both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend their furnace repair services.

I found out that my furnace needed to be replaced, so I quickly started getting quotes from different companies. Marvin came out to check things and gave me a clear estimate, answered all my questions, and offered helpful advice on my options. After comparing four different quotes, I picked this company because their price was fair and Marvin made me feel confident about the whole process. The installers showed up on time, were polite, and got the new furnace installed quickly. When I got home from work, my house was nice and warm, just as the cold weather was starting.

i had a really tricky ac issue here in Elverta that had been going on for years. it was all about a field vent motor connected to my old 80% efficiency furnace, and the side venting was causing headaches. i had at least a dozen other ac repair companies come out, but none of them could figure it out. then Marvin showed up and finally got the job done right! he took the time to look at everything and explained what was going on, then fixed the problem for good. if you’re in Elverta and your ac or furnace has you stumped, don’t waste time or money on companies that just try to sell you a whole new system. call these guys first—they really know what they’re doing and they care about solving the problem, not just making a sale. it gets hot in California, and it’s nice to have cool air again!
