Its beautiful, easy access great location

Awesome selection of plants, they have a lot of nice/rare houseplants and the prices were fair :) I LOVE the platyceriums!

This is one of my favorite nursery’s. Not to mention, the employees are always very helpful. Steven, went above and beyond for a request I had. He was communicative & responsive. He was able to set aside a plant I had my eye on.

Absolutely amazing nursery with tons of selection. Staff is super friendly and always find a new plant to take home. Must stop if in the area. They have a pottery greenhouse as well so make sure you stop and see all the planters. At times they also carry rare plants. 🙊🌱🙌🏼

The place is way bigger than it looks, they have an amazing selection of plants! I went and bought a carnivorous plant, a sundew! they had American pitcher plants 6-8" tall traps! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Definitely check this place out before heading to San Diego. Thanks for the awesome experience!

What a great nursery. Nice staff! Huge array of plants and garden supplies. Lots to choose from Indoor, Succulents, Cacti, and Exotic species. Plant lover’s delight!

Anderson La Costa Nursery is an absolute gem! This family-owned nursery is filled with beautiful, healthy plants that are clearly well cared for. The selection is impressive, and everything feels vibrant and thriving. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer questions or offer advice. Special shout out to Zoey, whose thoughtful and inspiring tips made my visit extra special. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just getting started like me, this place is a must-visit! I was thrilled to go on a sale day and got 20% off.

Nice garden center with lots of selection, little bit on the pricy side, but worth it if you want something special.

Great flowers a bit more $ than Home Depot but bigger plants with better chance of success.

I was under the impression I was purchasing ladybugs but it turns out it was asian lady beetles that resemble a ladybug. I was bit 5 times by these "ladybugs" and I had 5 small welts on my hand and arm . My daughter also got bit.DO NOT PURCHASE THESE "LADYBUGS "!

If you think your limited to the Home Depot look come here and find a variety of healthy plants ,vegetables, air plants,pots and SEEDS which HD no longer sells.

Their tomato selection is far better than big box stores, great quality plants in general. A little more expensive but worth it for certain things

Although a little pricey, they have good service and good products. The plants are always healthy and they have a great selection of fertilizer.

I'd give Mike 5 five stars, he went out of his way to help my fiance and I with our Christmas tree. Unfortunately the rest of the staff were less clear about pricing and availability of the Christmas trees so we were unpleasantly surprised about the final bill. Mike is the reason this review isn't 2 stars, he took off and put back on the tree stand after the confusion mentioned earlier.

Armstrong has decorative items besides,plants,trees and bushes. On the whole a fair price. They back-up what they sell as well. They are very helpful in trying to find exactly what you want.

Definitely not a bargain spot, but they have a nice selection of plants and employees who are knowledgeable and happy to help. Nice little place to browse, just don't expect anything rare or unusual.
