Pro Trees was so professional and took a sincere interest in my situation. Theron came to look at my tree within an hour after I called him. He assessed my tree for a great price. Theron has a wealth of information and he shared his knowledge with me. He gave me fantastic advice, which I followed. I am thrilled to say, that I won my fight with the City of Oceanside, and my 50 year old Camphor tree will be allowed to live as long as it desires! Thank you, Theron. I could not have convinced the City that my tree is healthy without you.

We had four large trees, as well as four other trees and large shrubs that needed pruning. Two of these were very difficult to access, (high bank with cacti & other shrubs in the way). We received a very specific bid for all of the work to be done. For much of the day we had 5-7 people in the yards and on the bank. Well-supervised crew members rotated in and out as the job progressed, depending upon the evolving requirements of the work. Upon completion, all debris was completely removed with astonishingly minimal impact on the other plants in the immediate vicinity. Cheerfully, they even helped us move our large potted plants back into place before leaving. The cost for the work represented an excellent value as well. We had a slightly lower bid from someone who had done it previously, but considering the comparable difference in quality and completeness between the two, (nothing looked "butchered" afterward), it is quite clear that we actually got a much better "deal" from Pro Trees. We will be definitely using them again in the future and have no hesitation in referring them to friends in need of trimming or other arboreal services!
