I blew out my HVAC system trying to install a smart thermostat on my own!! A friend gave me Roman's number but warned that it might be a wait as he's so busy. Nope! Roman called back immediately and I was able to get an appointment quickly. He showed up on time, super professional, showed me exactly what the problem was and fixed it that day! I would recommend him hands down!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Roman. From the time I called him to the time the AC repair was finished, I only had positive experience. He was very honest is everything he said and his limitations. He was on time and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was given three estimates ranging from replacing the entire unit to something much higher than Roman's quote. I would have spent the money but having someone honest in this field, is worth everything. Thank you so much Roman.

Amazing experience. Roman is incredibly professional and excellent at his work. He’s a true gentleman. He diagnosed and fixed our furnace in a matter of minutes.

Another hvac company came out mid December (the coldest December in recent memory), misdiagnosed the non-working furnace, ordered the wrong part, and we were without heat for over a month. We were tired of waiting so that’s when we went looking for a second opinion and had the fortune of finding Roman. He came out right away, gave his diagnosis, and fixed the furnace on the spot without ordering any special parts. The heat felt so good. It’s currently our happiest memory of 2023. Last August Roman super efficiently diagnosed freon leak and fixed my home AC in timely manner. Provided real honest feedback about options to fix/repair or replace system. Then few days ago when I had AC trouble I reached out to Roman again and waited for couple of days (I trust Roman to fix any HVAC issue :). He was able to diagnose the AC issue within 5min (fuse was damaged) and he replaced it. To my surprise he didn't charge a single buck this time. His customer service is top class. Roman has been wonderful to work with. I've had issues with my air conditioning and air duct recently, and have had various contractors diagnose and do everything but fix the problem. Their estimates and solution to fix the problems would have cost me thousands of dollars and a lot of time and effort on my part.

I've worked with Roman in the past (assigned via my Home Warranty) and requested a 2nd opinion so he could diagnose the issues. Just as I suspected, the other contractors were trying to rip me off making issues seem larger than they really were.

Roman ran the necessary tests, ordered the parts and kept the scheduled appointment day/time. He explains the problem and the resolution before work begins. He is also responsive to phone calls and text messages.

Very knowledgeable and great service! Swapped out an old thermostat in a 1980s home with a new one and troubleshot the wiring and causes for an ineffective HVAC system. Explained everything as he went through and got it back to normal operation within the hour. Absolutely would hire for any other issues in the future!
