Ben did an amazing job! He assessed the whole situation and communicated his findings and what repairs he was going to do and why they needed to happen. After fixing our electric issue, he then provided future recommendations, but did pressure you to do it right then and there, which was nice.

Roman was GREAT. I cannot recommend Roman enough. I purchased an American Home Shield (AHS) warranty a number of years ago, and have not really had a need for it...until now. When my A/C stopped pumping out cold air I called my regular A/C company that I'd been using happily for years for inspections and the occasion fix they recommended. When they came out to look at my A/C, they ultimately told me that I needed a new system, and quoted me a cost of around $11,000-$17,000+ depending on the system I wanted. At that point, I decided to contact AHS. AHS assigned Air Climate Solutions (Roman) to my claim, and he actually came out the same day I put in the service request. He was able to diagnose my problem as a bad thermal extension valve (TXV), and he was able to get, and install, the new one within 2 days. I now have cold air, and saved A LOT of money. THANKS ROMAN!

If you want to talk directly with a highly experienced and trained HVAC person, Roman is your choice. He knows his stuff and dosen't mind talkiing with you.

All the other HVAC companies had dispatchers who simply scheduled their technitions and didn't know anything about heating systems.

I do not know what to say but in our current 1st world problems, we need people like Roman. He is professional and not just there for the money. I would have paid $$$ but instead, he told me the problem and I did bot have to pay an arm amd a leg.

I purchased my first ever home in 2019. I signed up for Home Coverage with American Home Shield. Immediately I noticed things that the seller had neglected like zero AC!! AHS sent Roman from Air Climate Solutions to check things out. It was a just that there wasn't Freon needed in the HVAC System. Solution solved in a couple of seconds!! Now 2023 and no heat!! Roman again fixed it in seconds. Great job Roman!! I will never use anyone else for my HVAC System!!

I have had our A/C serviced each Spring for ten years since my wife and I moved into our mobile home in Escondido. This year we were told our old unit would need a lot of R-22 refrigerant and it is very expensive. Reason being there was a leak somewhere. I got a quote that I believe was realistic but it was a lot of money. Recently my wife and I had signed up with American Home Shield, A home warranty company. When I called them they sent Air Climate Solutions. The next day I met Roman.
Roman is soft spoken, polite, covered his shoes when he came in the house, and he figured out what needed to be done and the next day he fixed it in short order and saved us a pile of cash. Roman is a special kind of fellow and I will recommend him to anyone.

Roman called and was able to come earlier than sceduled which was appreciated. Went up into atic and repaired furnace which was working off and on ,explained everything he did and the sequence on how our system worked, and waited to make sure it did. Would recommend them to everyone.

Roman helped us with our AC earlier this summer and came back this week to fix our heater. He was on time, professional and his customer service is a 10/10. I cannot thank him enough for quickly fixing our heater as well as explaining what happened to it in the first place. Air Climate Solutions is our only go to for any of our heater or AC issues.

The owner of this company, Roman, did repair work on our heater in the attic Saturday morning. I spoke with Roman early Friday morning as my heater was making very strange noises. Roman was able to meet me at my home at 11:30 AM (same day). He diagnosed the problem as a bad motor. He indicated he would try and find a replacement and, if he could, be back on Saturday to install. Within 24 hours, Roman diagnosed the problem, found a motor and came back the next morning to install it. At all times, he was Covid 19 prepared, wore booties on his shoes and made little or no noise. I would highly recommend Roman at Air Climate Solutions to all my friends and neighbors in need of HVAC repair. Mary
