I contacted Lex appliance and was not sorry, they fixed my washing machine that wouldn't drain the same day, also Fred offered to service my dryer, when he removed all the panels from it, it turned out that my dryer was one step away from starting to burn. Fred cleaned everything up and saved me a lot of trouble.

Fred has come to our office twice to fix our Fisher & Paykel dishdrawer, for two different issues. This is a finicky brand whose error codes don't always coincide with the actual problem, and both times he was patient, working to confirm the correct issues and get us the right parts. Fred is incredibly thorough and reliable. He will always be the one we call.

We’ve used Lex several times because they are honest and reliable. Fred is a problem-solver, and he went above and beyond to give us the most cost-effective repairs. We will continue to use them for all of our future appliance repair needs.

The company responded quickly and Fedir showed up within an hour to check on our washer that has some issue with the door gasket. He did a thorough diagnostic to rule out possible culprit that might have caused the gasket to bunch up. Another company sent us a quote to replace the gasket which Fedir told us may not be necessary. He proceeded to restore the gasket and tested the machine to make sure it runs properly. He is knowledgable, knows his craft and very honest. I’d work with him again if we ever need appliance service.

Fred came to my house to install an air gap for my dishwasher. He is very professional and patient. He explained everything to me. I'm so glad I found Lex Appliance Repair. As an out of town owner, I was able to schedule and have the dryer fixed within hours! Helping me coordinate with my renter, Fred was kind and explained the diagnosis over the phone and made the repair promptly. Sending me pictures and videos to follow up. Our LG dryer did not have heat coming out of it. I called on Thursday and Fred came out on Friday. He was on time, made a proper diagnosis, and came with the part to fix the dryer. He even cleaned the entire dryer of all the lint. Fred is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you in detail when he is fixing your dryer. He was in and out in 40 mins. I highly recommend Lex Appliance to service or fix your appliances.

Flood in my kitchen due to a faulty dishwasher. I called the company and Fred came to my place that afternoon to check what was going on. He explained everything to me, switched off my water until he came back the next day with the replacement part.
He got straight to work, didn't try to upsell me on anything (which I really appreciated), stayed to make sure the issue was repaired, and made sure I knew to contact him if there was any problem at all.
Reasonably priced, took his time, I had huge anxiety and he was able to calm me about the whole issue.
Will definitely use them again, and now have the company saved.

My dryer completely stopped drying, and I wasn’t sure what to do. I called Lex Appliance Repair on a Saturday, and to my surprise, Fegir immediately showed up. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect the dryer, explained every detail of what he was checking, and walked me through exactly what the problem was so I understood. He discovered it needed a new thermostat and wheels.

Because it was late and all the stores were closed, most technicians would have just left it at that. But not Fegir he went out of his way to search for the parts and made sure I knew he’d be back as soon as possible. True to his word, he came back the very next day, on a Sunday, and finished the job. He replaced the thermostat and wheels, tested the dryer, and double-checked that everything was running smoothly before he left.
