He was responsive and showed up exactly on time. I admire the work ethic and the honest recommendation. Our dryer stopped working so I found SH Encino appliances online and gave them a call. I was very pleased with the service they provided. They answered all my questions , fixed my dryer and gave me great tips to make sure that the dryer lasts a long time. Would highly recommend them if you’re looking for appliance repair.

Andre just came and fixed my stove - right away. Had the part on site. He was very thorough and gave me some great tips. And he cleaned up a burner that wasn't working with his special brush for no charge! We'll definitely use his company again in the future!

Im a private chef and work out of my house for some clients and my fridge quit cooling. Not great for work. I called Best Buy because I bought my fridge from there and they couldn’t get anyone to my house for 4 days. Called this place after a google search on Saturday and Andrei was able to come the day after on Sunday. Took a little while to diagnose and then he thought part would arrive Tuesday at the earliest. Had a nice surprise Monday morning that he was able to get the part early. All fixed and done by 1pm Monday. Friendly helpful and efficient!

I'm so happy to have found Andrei at SH Encino Appliance - he's done incredible work for us twice. Most recently, he found and replaced a refrigerator shelf and tray for a discontinued model.
