Very professional and friendly. Staff work very hard for customers satisfaction . They come immediately even on WEEKENDS while the rest of HVAC companies refuse to come ensuring not to ruin their Sat/Sun off while you’re toast with heat at home.

Luis got my AC unit running Saturday evening and was very fast and explained exactly what was wrong and how to solve the issue (condensate pump wasn’t working). I contacted 3 other services, and he was the only one to help me on Saturday in scorching temperatures. I look forward to specifically requesting his expertise whenever I may experience AC issues again.

Ari went above and beyond to find a solution within my budget to fix my old vintage in wall heating system, from quickly finding the right parts, making the repairs, advising me on getting a gas company inspection, and even returning to clean the burner and mount my CO monitor for me. A bonus was that he liked my cat! Roku Heating & Air are consummate professionals who really listened and worked with me to get my heating system safe and up to date.
