I had the whole HVAC system replacement. Their work was very professional from start to finish. It was exceeded my expectations.
I called for the HVAC service and I got an instant response and schedule for a free estimate in the same day. So Luis Silva came and checked the Condenser and the Furnace. He was very knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He was friendly and very patient to answer all of the questions that I was asking about the HVAC system. His team came on time and did the replacement. They even made sure that the new system was working fine and cleaned up everything before they called it a done.
The cost for my HVAC replacement was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend to someone in need of the HVAC service.

Was very disappointment with the service.
Waited for tech for 2 hours because he was late, after showing him my air condition, noticed, he did not know how to work on it, so he was just recommending to change the whole unit, and When I asked him the reason , I was told the air condition needs refrigerant, but he could not do it, very unprofessional.
I also asked him to give me the estimate, and he said he will text it to me, and after about 10 days, I have not received any estimate.
I called their office to follow up for the estimate and report my complaint, but the dispatcher did not do anything.
Not a good service, not a professional tech.

It's nice to do business with a family owned company and with highly skilled professionals. Luis Silva is up to date on all brands and ages of furnaces and has the latest tools to deal with them. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and had my furnace blower motor installed in two days. Leaving our home as clean as he found it. And considering how dirty the old fan and motor were that is saying something.
I was also impressed by the honesty, because other companies wanted to replace the entire furnace for over $5000.00. Or more. Roku did the whole thing for much less and it works perfectly. I would recommend Roku air and heating to everyone needing service or repair.

We just had Jared come by for Vent Cleaning at my Aunt's house in Chatsworth. Jared was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, professional and there is a noticeable instant improvement in our air quality. He showed us how much dust and grime had built up in our vent system and how much cleaner it looked after he was done. We highly recommend Roku and ask for Jared, cuz he's awesome.

We had an AC emergency after attempting to replace our thermostat ourselves, which ended up blowing a fuse on a hot day. Andrew from Roku Air Conditioning came to the rescue on a minute’s notice! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and had our system up and running again in no time. Super professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Highly recommend Roku Air Conditioning and especially Andrew for any HVAC needs!

Working with Roku has been a great experience. Alex originally walked me through the process of purchasing a brand new AC unit. He was very helpful and made it a seamless process. Luis has also been very reliable and an expert for all my maintenance and service needs.

I contacted this company for an urgent issue with my AC unit, which was leaking. They took four days to address the problem despite charging me for emergency service. The service was overpriced, and communication was extremely difficult—it was nearly impossible to get clear information about when someone would arrive to fix the issue. After I paid a deposit, the work was delayed further. The company was unresponsive, only answering calls sporadically. They never apologized for the poor communication or disorganized service. Overall, this is an unprofessional, overpriced company, and I won’t be using their services again. Hiring them was a mistake.

These guys are awesome. Jared came and cleaned our ducts. He is awesome, neat and friendly. We have never had them cleaned in 15 years and now they are spotless, smell good. He was very neat and left our home in great condition. I can't say enough about these guys but I highly recommend their services!

Gentleman was polite, professional, knowledgeable, & very helpful. Was able to fix our A/C in less than 1 hrs with an amazing reasonable deal. We would recommend this company to all of our friends.

Roku conditioning:Excellent experience. The worker named Ben was the best. He showed up on time. Did an admirable job and made excellent recommendations. My air conditioner was working perfectly after he replaced the broken parts and even added a Booster to make the replacement part work even better. Then he cleaned the un it and went into the attic and found out that another part (capacitor was about to fail) and replaced it. He is a very friendly, courteous young man. All of this was done in just over an hour.I highly recommend if your air conditioner malfunctions just call him. Ben is very professional knows what he is doing and is the best.

I called Monday the holiday for an estimate for next week and Big Ben ans the call. He said he could come out the same day to my surprise, he was here within the hour he checked my unit told us what the problem was came back this morning with the needed parts and we are very happy and cool. I heard about roku from my best friend’s in laws because i constantly had issues with my ac not cooling the house properly. They came right away on sunday evening and fixed everything. Alex was really nice, he arrived on time, explained everything to me like a newbie (cuz idk anything about ac lol) and fixed it right away. Just overall excellent customer service, stress free, fast and good pricing. I literally had other companies come in to fix it 5 times and they all did nothing. I even set them up to check my sister’s ac.

Jared and Ben came and did an excellent job in cleaning up the ducts, vents, AC and furnace units. They are friendly, punctual and very professional. My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The motor of our Furnace was replaced ~ other itemized & detailed adjustments were necessary for optimal operation; all ducts were cleaned & sanitized ~ no surprises; but I did wonder if the cost could have been a bit lower? But, the Technicians were professional, hard-working & personable; as well as efficient, and worked in a timely manner..., & were good w/giving periodic updates as they progressed w/the job ~ I recommend ROKU HVAC; this was my 1st time using their Service ~ I will, if/when necessary, be using their services in the future! It was a job well done, & I'm quite pleased with the service I received‼️

They didn't let me wait for long as I requested a professional technician. I was so happy that he arrived earlier and did a great job on my ac service needs. The problem was diagnosed quickly, he had parts available and doing all things with a friendly and caring attitude. I was pleased with the result of his work. I have no doubt where I will be calling the next time.
