Let me preface this review by saying my experience with Joe and his team was very pleasant. All were gentlemen with great dispositions and a professional approach. So, I had been having issues with my heat pump, with the fan not turning on to provide heat or cooling. I called JG after reaching out to a larger company earlier who attempted to upsell me on a completely new HVAC system at an outrageous price. Joe and his team arrived and we’re very pleasant to work with. The exact issue I was having wasn’t able to be duplicated when they arrived, but based on what was happening, he believed it could be related to the system’s logic board. He later came and replaced it but it did not remedy the issue. Joe did good by us by refunding the cost of the work as it turned out to not be the solution. While they weren’t able to fix the problem, JG Mechanical is the rare company who displays honesty and integrity as they voluntarily reached out to refund the cost of the service. I have no doubt that they perform good work, as evidenced by the other reviews I’ve seen on them, I just seem to have had an evasive problem with my system.
