We had a great experience with Attic Guard. Even before they came out for the inspection, I had a feeling we would end up working with them for our attic issues as the reviews on Google were all so executional that I knew they must be a great company.

Ariella came out to do our inspection and did by far the most thorough and detailed inspection of every attic company we met with. She was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and straightforward. I knew exactly what Attic Guard was going to do and why.

Matan, the owner was also incredibly professional and great to work with. Attic Guard came out to our home and in a single day they completely cleaned out a massive mess we had in our attic, rodent proofed it, sanitized it, did air sealing, and helped resolve an issue we had with extremely inadequate insulation in our home. They even did air sealing, sanitizing, and rodent proofing in our crawl space as well.

Attic Guard recently handled nearly 2200 square feet of attic and crawlspace old insulation removal, disinfection, pest-proofing, sealing for us. Despite the sweltering conditions (85 degrees outside and a blazing 110 in the attic) they knocked it out in one day. They were punctual, communicated clearly, and were incredibly clean and meticulous throughout. Their attention to detail was top-notch, and the crew left everything spotless. If you need a job done right and fast on every level while staying professional and thorough... Attic Guard is the team to call.

Had replacement and upgrading of 25 year old insulation, air sealing and sanitizing of attic Crew was on-time, very respectful and performed project and clean-up to perfection. Matan, the AtticGuard CEO was here with his crew and everything was first explained to me with a walk-through. To be totally honest, I am someone that is not always easy to please, but I am very happy and highly recommend AtticGuard.

I'll tell you these guys were awesome. They came in and made the plastic clean tunnel and got to work. Im sorry I did not get the names of the 3 men here but they all were very professional. Im very happy with the work and they cleaned up nicely after co.pletion and gave us the house back the way it was given. Thank you Matan

They did a great job for removed and replaced old rodent insulation, seal every open hole around the house, sanitation area and replaced damaged air duct for best discount I can get compares to other company. Highly Recommended!

We recently had a serious rat infestation in our attic, and Matan and his team at Attic Guard were absolutely incredible. They came out promptly, thoroughly inspected our attic, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They discovered rats in our HVAC system and throughout the attic, identifying exactly where they were getting in and where they had built nests. I had received several bids from other companies for cleaning and sanitizing the attic, but Matan was the only one who took the time to explain that our contaminated HVAC system needed to be removed a recommendation that ultimately saved us a lot of money and future headaches. In addition to handling the infestation, Matan went above and beyond by repairing the weather stripping on our garage door and setting extra traps to ensure the rats were completely gone. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough every step of the way. Matan and his team did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Attic Guard you won't be sorry!

Absolutely incredible service from Attic Guard and the owner Matan. He personally came and did the inspection and let me know everything that was needed to make sure my attic was rat proof & had the proper insulation to code with borax treated cellulose. Even fixed other issues I wasn't aware of. Highly recommend.

We have been fighting mice/rats for a couple months now and pest control companies would only set traps in our attic and dispose of dead rodents. The time finally came to address the root issue and I am so thankful to have found attic guard just from a random google search! They went beyond my expectations in terms of professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness. We saw videos and pictures of previous jobs and will be receiving photos/videos of our before/after in a few days. I visibly saw with my own eyes what a transformation the cleaning and rodent proofing service did. The pricing was very reasonable given the insulation replacement, sealing of cracks, duct cleaning, house perimeter sealing, and promptness. We met and had service the very next day. I feel confident enough to sleep in my attic now (if I had to). I have NEVER done business with professionals at the level of service these guys provide, seriously they set the bar for what it means to be professionals. Thank you so much attic guard! Steve came to my home in early December for a walk-through. We agreed that he would give me an estimate after the holidays. Tomorrow is March 1 ,I’ve heard nothing from him. Apparently he doesn’t need my business but common courtesy dictates that he should’ve reached out and said so.

We had an upstairs plumbing disaster that affected floors, fixtures, and walls upstairs, and took out ceilings and affected walls and floors downstairs.

Steve and his tile and painting professionals were always on time, exactly in budget that Steve laid out in advance with a detailed estimate (that by the way was better than 2 other estimates we got from other Angieslist contractors). Excellent work. I will use Plum-Up again and highly recommend.

Well, to be honest, Steve is a friend of mine but, he has done work for me in the past
