We had a major issue requiring mitigation and Rainbow has been great. Our roof was demoed in preparation for a new one, they didn’t cover the roof and it rained. Rainbow was called out and they came within an hour or so. They’ve been friendly, communicative and extremely responsive to us during this whole nightmare. Matt, James and Teresa have been phenomenal. Matt was our project coordinator and has kept us updated every step of the way. He’s listened to my complaints, commiserated with me and made me laugh while all of this has been going on. He always responds to my texts or calls immediately, even on weekends & I trusted him, James & his team inside our house while we weren’t there since we had to move out for the demo. Since they aren’t an approved vendor for our insurance we aren’t using them for reconstruction but I’m sure they’d be great at that too. They were honest about everything & had our best interests in mind, letting us know that going with an approved company for reconstruction would get us home sooner, which is all we want. I’d highly recommend them if you find yourself in a crappy situation where you need their services. While I hate I had to meet them, I’m glad they are who was sent out. Having a water damage in the house is stressful enough but the crew from Rainbow Restoration made our experience less stressful. The apartment I rent flooded recently and Rainbow was hired by the insurance company to contain and repair the damage. The containment team was excellent. Oscar, Alonzo, Christian and the rest of the team acted fast, and were professional, informative, empathetic, and accommodating.
The reconstruction team on the other hand, was a disaster. No organization, planning, or sense of urgency. A total inability to source materials in a timely manner, zero empathy for the tenant, not showing up to do the work when scheduled. And to top it all off, someone in the crew stole four pairs of my personal underwear. Very creepy!

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Rainbow Restoration and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team at Rainbow was professional, reliable, great communicators and extremely easy to work with.

I was so thankful for this team. I had sudden water leak in my wall that resulted in water damage and extensive mold. The RR team came and evaluated promptly and got to work as soon as I gave the green light. Tiffany was an excellent communicator and always took my calls and answered my questions clearly without judgement. She also kept email communication organized and timely. We had an outstanding experience with Rainbow Restoration following an appliance related flood that damaged our living room floors. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism and expertise.
Grant initially conducted the inspection, and worked seamlessly with our insurance company to get the restoration process underway.
David, the production manager, took over from there and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Both Grant and David were incredibly responsive to our questions, displaying great patience and dedication to helping us select the perfect flooring and work with us as this was the first time we’ve had major work done to our home.
The installation team (Nick, Austin, and Manny) was efficient, thorough, and worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. The finished floors look fantastic. They truly went above and beyond and took time to make sure everything looked great.

I had the pleasure of working with rainbow for water damage in my home they came out right away and were very nice about making the process not so stressful on my family. Alonzo went above and beyond trying to get us back into our home when our ALE ran out he even offered to work OT to get us back into our home. Manny was very patient with us being in the home while they rebuilt even when I would ask him to move his tools and pause while I took my handicap mother down the hallway and chipped the floor that he was installing with her wheelchair 😬 he kindly just said he will fix it.
