Great service! From the first phone call, down the the actual service this company was great! Everyone was very informative and really nice! Eric and Chris did a great job on our carpets and they look (and smell) so much better! 10/10 would recommend.

I had a nightmare experience with a company I had hired a few days .... when they arrived I was so dissatisfied with the customer service and them charging me $200 above the quote on the phone that I declined service and sent them away. I had moved all of my furniture and my house was in disarray so needed to find another company quickly to come do the work. Monster came through for me, their customer service was fantastic and delivered exactly what they promised at a very reasonable price. Darin was very kind and professional and did a fantastic job. One section of carpet was extremely dirty and he got it miraculously clean! I would give this company 5 BIG stars and plan to use them from here on out.

Hired them to clean my badly stained white carpet, and to also clean the grout on my tile floors. What an amazing job they did!! Everything looks brand new! They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I had gotten a few estimates from other companies, and Monster came in at the most reasonable. I would most definitely use them again!!

This is the 2nd time that I have used Monster Steamer. I was so impressed after they came out to clean my mom's carpets (thanks Darren & Eric) that I called them to do the carpets in our new home. Amy set the appointment and made it completely effortless. The owner, Ludo, came out this time to do the job himself. Ludo was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what it would take to make my carpets clean again and not smell like dogs (previous owners had 2 dogs). I had my doubts if there was anything that could be done to get the stains out but Ludo made the carpets look as if they were new. The carpets were clean and free of the sticky residue that is often left after other companies clean your carpet. Monster Steamer was very well priced and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family as well as my Real Estate clients.

I used Monster Steamer for my son's house to clean his carpets which are old and abused and could NOT believe the end result........totally spot free when the job was done and odor free as they bought a puppy about four months ago. This was my first experience with Monster Steamer and they were exceptional. I've put off having the entire carpet area cleaned, so I was anxious about the results and personal care taken with our carpet. Each step of the process was explained and they provided expert knowledge and service throughout the process. I was given excellent advice on maintaining my carpet and treating stains from our 2 furry felines! The cats were fully entertained watching the cleaners in action! I'm totally pleased and will be using and recommending Monster Steamer in the future.

The price is a min of 140 for carpet cleaning I believe. They are phenomenal. I've used them on my upholstered couches as well. Their price is fair and honest. The company also texts your phone with updates of who the technician is and the time of arrival. I recommend them for anyone.

Roberto Left my project unfinished. The things that were finished have already started to fall apart and it’s been less than 6 months since those things were completed. They are messy, we still find screws and nails to this day buried in the rocks and near the the dirt where our trex deck was built. Robert has done nothing but make excuses the last 4 months on why he hasn’t been able to finish the project, yet I see him starting new projects on instagram?
