Tom and zach were courteous, efficient, and expedient,(not to mention punctual.) They were able to come over the same day, were in and out, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleaseant to have in my home, and I would recommend them heartily.

Tech left the dryer vent detached after cleaning the dryer duct and I had to reinstall. He left lint and dust from the duct all over the laundry room. They should be cleaning this up as part of this service. Drug the carpet cleaning hoses across our stair railings and banisters, scratching them up and now they need to be repainted. Left carpets soaking wet and we had to ask about it before he decided to come back in and do another pass to pull water out, which you could literally hear slurping up in the vacuum. Seems excessive. He was polite, but quality of service was poor and now we’ll have costs to repaint our stair rails and banisters. Covering these banisters or the hoses should be standard in this industry. I will say this is the 2nd time we’ve used this company and the first time they did a great job, which is why I gave 3 stars. Not so much this time….

Scheduled services with this company and they simply didn’t show up. They had the nerve to call us 2 hours later after the 2 hour window to ask if we can reschedule. I declined because had already wasted part of my day due to the fact that they couldn’t call me or text me at any point during the two hour window to let me know that they are gonna be late or that they were running behind. Simply not texting or calling is truly unacceptable and unprofessional. Heed my warning, use a different company who will actually respect your time.

They came the same day that I made the appointment to clean my dryer vent. I cannot believe how clogged up it was and full of water. It most likely caused my 3 year old dryer to break. I have a 2 day old dryer that was not heating properly and as soon as they cleaned the vent it worked perfectly! They most likely saved another dryer from breaking and lots of money on electricity. Thank you!!

Juan and his partner did a great job. My dog was sick and made a mess all over my living room carpet, I tried cleaning myself but it wasn’t coming out and made stains and odor. I called and they came out the next day. Steamed cleaned and sprayed enzymes to remove odors, carpet was like new! I definitely recommend this business and will be using them again!
