Worst company ever! Complete rip off! Whatever you do, do not use them. First, the guy was super rude, tried to charge me 3 times more than quoted, when I refused. He didn't even vacuum before cleaning. He did a horrible job! I had to hire a new cleaner to actually do a good job. I felt like I was completely ripped off and they are ignoring me and won't return my money. Do yourself a favor and use Heaven's Best. They were amazing and absolutely the opposite of these scammers.

Beware of the use of this company. They are going to give you an amazing coupon price on the phone telling you the cleaner will view the area and provide a quote before cleaning. When the cleaner arrives they will not be in a uniform, marked vehicle, or have any logo'd material. When they inspect the carpet they will give you quotes for different levels of cleaning. Your great deal of a coupon price just became a hot water extract. If you want soap on the carpet then its double the price. If you have pets then its triple. Don't be fooled. They are counting on you being willing to pay more once they are on site. Pass on this company. There is way too much that is shady about it.

The stair carpet was flat and full of dirt lines. It actually looks decent again after the clean. Didn’t expect such a turnaround.

Terrible experience!!! I called on Saturday and was quoted $59 for two rooms, $10 for my hallway, and $2 per stair. When the tech arrived, he gave me a completely different price. I pulled up the website, showing an offer of $69 for three rooms that he said he wouldn’t honor because that’s for “same day booking only.” I booked on Saturday, and today is Monday. I said I’d either like 1.) What I was quoted initially over the phone or 2.) The promo on the website. He wouldn’t honor either, so he left without performing anything. I moved furniture, changed my baby’s nap schedule, etc. So frustrated!

The carpet was dry faster than I expected. No weird damp smell, no waiting hours. It was clean and dry by the time I got home from errands. Super convenient.

These people are so unprofessional and when booking a appointment a week in advance.. They don’t communicate with any text , emails or reminders.. But once they give a price of $60 top mattress cleaning.. apparently once I got a hold of them for my appointment, a Spanish accent man says his worker had his truck break down. I explained to him how important this schedule was for me because my friend is sick and need to have the beds cleaned. All of a sudden his Spanish accent worker calls me and says his truck broke down but if the prices were discussed with me .. I said , yes they said $60 for top mattress .. right away he said, the deep clean is $300 .. I said .. no .
Right away the man hangs up on me . I called back to the main number and the other guy who was taking the appointments answers and by this time I was so annoyed and angry because it was not about his truck it was about the money … he wanted to make $600 for 2 mattresses and rudely hung up .. he bait and switch us . I wanted to write this review because I don’t believe this is a reputable company, and lack of experience in customer service to the Carlsbad community. I even called after to hire a different company Organic choice cleaning and they charged $89 and for a deep clean it was $25 more .. I hired them the same day and was a very professional company that doesn’t rip off people , quick turnaround and have empathy for sick people. This is not a way to treat people and Eco Green business has no value in people instead they try to find out if you going to give them more money to see if they will give there services.

I was amazed by the area rug cleaning service. My delicate rug had stains that I thought would never come out, but they restored it beautifully. The colors are vibrant again, and the texture feels soft and plush. I’m so happy to have my rug looking as good as it did when I first bought it.
