Stellar job by Joe and team. They came in, assessed what we needed, and got right to work. All in they were done within the hour and left the areas cleaner than they found them.

Juan was full of misinformation. Told us our dryer vent did not connect to the roof, had to correct him and show him a picture I took in the attic. When he went to clean the vent from the roof he was cleaning the skylight tube. He had an attitude about it too. This did not clear the vent blockage and we tried to have someone back out under the "90 day guarantee" but the company stopped responding. Juan made two different appointments with my parents from his personal phone number, and didn't show up to either, making ridiculous lies each time. What a mess dealing with them has been.

Juan Padilla did an awesome job on our carpet which had not been cleaned for a few years! He was very nice and professional. The pride he takes in providing service with excellence was quite evident! Blue team will be our go to from now for carpet cleaning and other services.

My appointment was between 12 and 2 on a Saturday.To my surprise I received a call from the service man around 10 am and he said he could be to my place in 15 minutes. He was very professional and cleaned all my areas very well and quick. It came out pretty cleaner than expected for old carpet. Thanks Juan for your great customer service.

Blue Team came out the same day and Joe and Ernesto were amazing. They cleared the entire vent all the way up to the roof out. They were professional, very competent and super nice. Had dryer vent cleaned on June 2nd and within 2 weeks the dryer vent alarm came on. This company did NOT return any of my calls and attempted to rip me off for a new vent hose. I was treated dishonestly and I would stay away from Blue Team!! There are many others to choose from, don't waste your money and time.

Juan did a great job of clearing out our dryer vent! A bird had made a nest in it and it was very clogged. We didn’t realize this until our dryer burned up 🫣 Highly recommend Juan! I’ll be using him soon for our carpets!

I’ve used Blue Team Carpet Cleaning , about three or four times . They are wonderful Juan takes his time , and each time has been great . I would highly recommend you give them a try .

Juan was great! My dryer vent goes up to the roof. Juan got up there cleaned it out and then pulled my dryer away from the wall and replaced the flexible tube which had a split in it. He cleaned all the lint that had escaped behind the dryer too! Thanks Juan!

Juan came out to clean my carpets and he did a fantastic job! They had not been cleaned for almost 2 years and the stairs were very soliled. They look almost new! He even got out a stain the previous person couldn’t. Jaun is really positive, kind & great!

Juan did an excellent job cleaning our dryer lint vents. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. He cleaned two dryer vents for us—one upstairs and one located in the garage—and took the time to explain each step since this was our first time having the service done in the 4½ years we’ve lived in our home.

Juan explained that there were some complications due to the original vent design, which included multiple sharp (approximately 90-degree) turns that caused lint buildup over time. He reassured us that he would fully clear the vents, which was very comforting. We were able to see all of the lint being removed and immediately noticed the strong, free airflow afterward—extremely satisfying results.

We are very pleased with the quality of his work and his attention to detail. Thank you so much, Juan. We will definitely be requesting you again next year.
