We had a kitchen fire on the 4th of July. Servpro responded immediately and we could not have asked for more professional and prompt service. There was a huge amount of clean up throughout the entire house due to the fire and smoke. Nick and his crew were here every day until the job was done. Thanks to Servpro everything related to the damage was taken care of and we did not have to worry about a thing!

We've been working with the Fallbrook SERVPRO for almost a year now after our house fire and they are simply THE BEST. They have not only done an exceptional job with inventorying and storing all of our personal possessions, but they are also a highly professional team of compassionate people that really care about what they do. Special thanks to Matt and Kyliegh for always taking such good care of us!

Jose and Robert from Fallbrook Servpro did the water midigation for a kitchen inwall water leak. They were extremely professional. On time!! Answered all questions and kept my insurance company informed. I rate them 10 stars.... Ask for them.

I would give them 6 stars! What an Honest, Extremely Knowledgable, Efficient, Hardworking, Prompt, Friendly company. I could go on and on about the quality of this company. You just don’t encounter many like Servpro of Fallbrook/South Oceanside, these days. What an amazing group of people!
Randy was available around the clock for questions, of which I had several, daily. (He is extremely knowledgeable and kind, and has to be one of the calmest people on the planet). Randy, Kier or Matt was at my home, usually within hours, each time my contractor discovered a new “problem”. When I commented on how friendly, hardworking and honest each employee I encountered was, I was told that each is hand picked. Well, it shows. They ALL show up ready to work. And I would not hesitate to have any one of them in my home again. They are all quality individuals.
After, unfortunately, finding water damage and mold in my home, Servpro came out and assessed the damage, called a plumber out immediately to fix the leaky pipes, placed their “air scrubber” machines in my home, then returned as soon as I called for them to start the work. They then Safely and efficiently removed all of the moldy/water damaged materials. What a relief that was. Truly.
Randy was also prompt about submitting the necessary paperwork to my insurance company for me. (I was actually told by my insurance company that they prefer their clients use Servpro’s services).
I am 110% satisfied with the job they did! Do not hesitate to call them to assess needs for your home, you will be very well taken care of.

Not sure where to start other then this is the ONLY company I will ever use!!!

I had originally contacted Servpro out of San Marcos, due to a pipe that burst, and it was an absolute nightmare from day one! Everything from the run around to literally getting yelled at by the manager! I was so lost as to what to do so I asked my plumber who they would recommend and they gave me Randy at Servpro Fallbrook/Oceanside!! He made the whole process so easy and pain free! He took care of literally EVERYTHING!!! I got to hand him the keys and came back to an amazingly finished job!! I can not say enough about how accommodating not just Randy but his entire team was!!! I dealt with several of Randy's employees all as nice and knowledgeable as the next! He also dealt with the insurance company with ease as his knowledge of the insurance side is beyond extensive!! If you need restoration work this is the ONLY company to use!!

Recently had a water line in the wall break and had to call Servpro. They were very fast, professional, and did a great job. Jose and his team made sure everything was taken care of, highly recommended!

I had major issues with mold at my home in Del Mar after water had leaked from my roof inside my walls. It was a disaster and really disconcerting given how toxic that stuff can be. I called Servpro of South Oceanside and they set up an appointment to come to my home later that day (I called them in the morning). They came out they showed me the full extent of the problem; it wasn't good.
Needless to say I wanted to start remediation right away. They resolved the issue in a couple of days and took care of my family's health. Thank you again to Randy for being so responsive.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents because they were so impressed with Servpro's efficiency/great customer service in repairing the water damage that took place in their kitchen. Antonio and his team came out and reassured my parents worries by answering every question and concern they had for him. Thank you Antonio and the rest of the Servpro team for your patience and efficiency with getting the job done in a timely manner.

I needed a mold assessment for a home in escrow after a Home Inspector raised 'suspicions'. Randy from Servpros of Fallbrook came out promptly including the respective technical instruments assessing the situation, measuring air quality levels etc. and did proof suspicions were unfounded. Randy did not even charge for his Professional report. I am grateful for his fair and outstanding service.

Randy and his whole crew were amazing. We had lived in our new house for like 2 weeks when a poorly installed toilet flooded our downstairs. Because it was sewer water, we needed all kinds of remediation. As first time homeowners still in the process of moving in, it was so comforting to have Randy there to help us through the drying out process, the insurance claim process, and even getting our house put back together. Randy and his team are honest, fair, caring, and lifesavers!

I had the pleasure of working with Randy to inspect for moisture and mold in my master bathroom. During the initial consultation, he was very informative of how the mold cleaning process is done, explaining it in detail, and was very knowledgeable on how mold can thrive even in the smallest areas. What stuck out to me the most aside from his professionalism, was the product that he uses to eliminate any microbial growth. His plant based product is far more reassuring for my health compared to chemicals that leave your eyes burning or make it hard to breathe. A detailed report was given along with helpful tips to prevent future moisture and mold problems. I highly recommend this company if you are searching for any type of mold remediation to ensure a healthy home environment.

Kevin & Xavier were very polite and quick to find and remediat the problem. Coming back to check in on me until the plumber told us what was going to happen. They are very professional on how they work and kind and thoughtful thru this stressful event.

Honest, trustworthy and professional. Randy came to look at some damage we sustained from an overflowing upstairs toilet (He was out second opinion). I wasn't able to be there, so my wife did a walk through with him. I'm in construction myself so I'm always wary about someone trying to upsell her on stuff we don't need. However, Randy was very honest with what repairs really needed to be done and saved us thousands of dollars. He was also very nice and courteous. My wife had nothing but good things to say about him. I will only be doing restoration business with him from now on. You will not get lied to or taken advantage of, guaranteed.

Servpro did a fantastic and professional job of taking care of me when my house got flooded. I had a toilet overflow and they responded fast and extracted the water quickly. Javier did an outstanding job in answering all of my questions and concerns and always kept me well informed of what was going on. They worked very clean, containing all the wet rooms, containment of the affected rooms was a big concern of mine for me and my dog and they did a ,great job. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend if you’re ever in a stressful situation like I was.

Two years ago, I had major water intrusion, damaging floors and walls. Luis Rodriguez and his team to the rescue. Fast, efficient dryout and clean up! Two weeks ago, another small, unrelated leak that couldn’t be found by 2 contractors. Time to call Servpro and Luis! It took him less than 30 min. An 11 year professional in the business, he understands how water travels and how to diagnose. There is nothing worse to hear the sound of dripping water and have no idea where it is coming from. Call Luis! I did and couldn’t be happier!

Jesus and Isidro were amazing!! They were polite, kind and professional. They packed all our items up, labeled every box, and did the demo too. Jesus let me know every day what to expect, and did a touch base with me before he left so I knew what was completed and what the next steps were. Isidro and Jesus were all smiles, despite the difficulty of their jobs. Really nice gentlemen to have in my home! Thank you Jesus and Isidro!!!
