John has solved all plumbing issues I've had at my Oceanside home since I met him 6 yrs ago. I trust him completely with any plumbing work. He recently replumbed my entire house and replaced the water heater and boy am I happy with his work. He replaced the small 1/2" pipe with 3/4" and now the hot water shows up much quicker at the faucets. Loving it. John is a straight shooter. He does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, and always shows up when he says he will. You can't do better. He is a small business with him doing the work. What you get becasue of it (and I'm a small business owner as well so I know it first hand) is the pride in doing the right job. He's not punching a clock working for a big company and knows it all reflects on him. Everything. For that you get a first class service. Pieper Plumbing did excellent work replacing our water heater and water pressure regulator. He was very punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, with years of experience, and he's just a really nice guy. We'd highly recommend him for any repairs or installations you might have.

David was professional, flexible with our crazy work schedules, and very knowledgeable when our water heater quit. He helped us with outdated vents that were creating a gas buildup in the unit. You couldn’t see the top of the unit melting unless you were on a ladder and had knowledge of the danger that situation could cause. They gave us options, and then brought & installed the new water heater we chose, quickly. Great company, great pricing, and fast service. We are now loyal customers!

Today I was cleaning the toilet and a chunk of pumice stone broke off and floated up into the abyss. Frantically googling everything I could, I turned the water off, emptied the tank and bowl hoping the pumice stone would emerge with the low water level. Nothing! Fearing the stone had lodged into the pipes, really getting stuck if I flushed it or not knowing if pumice stone is bad for a septic tank I called. I didn’t catch his name but the man who answered the phone is simply a godsend. He eased my worried mind and gave me valuable advice saving me a ton of time and money. I have his number saved in my phone and will recommend to friends and family.

Excellent first time experience with these guys. Chris came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and then made the repairs on the spot. We just moved to Fallbrook and we just found our go to plumber for anything in the future. Great company, highly recommend.

Excellent, efficient, timely and quite fairly priced. Yesterday, Craig Shobe came and took care of our old water heater breakdown and replaced it within an hour! and this was at 7pm surely at the end of a busy day. He removed our old water heater as well w/ great friendly service. Had perfectly hot water w/in an hour after install. We asked him about a couple other plumbing needs gas line and old toilet we have been looking for help w/ and he was back today fixing both problems quickly for a very reasonable charge. We will be keeping Shobe Plumbing on our phone list!

We had a garbage disposal go out, my husband tried to install a new one, but couldn’t do it. I opened the phone book, checked the good reviews on Shoub Plumbing and called. The owner sent Chris out the same day to install the garbage disposal unit . Then my ninety year old husband reinstalled the small water heater under the sink and we had another problem, no water! My husband called Shoub, and the owner talked him through as how to fix it. We found Shoub to be responsive, friendly, competent, and patient and have competitive pricing for their services. As seniors, we are relieved to have found a reliable company we trust for our plumbing needs. My diy stubborn husband will no longer be trying to do our plumbing needs. Thanks!

I called Shobe Plumbing when our shower drain became extremely slow at draining. We were concerned it might signal a bigger problem, but Craig was able to alay my fears and scheduled us for the next week. Chris was quick and efficient at clearing the hair that was backing up our shower drain. We are thankful it wasn't any issue bigger than that.
