Reviews of local pros in Fallbrook, California

If you are looking for an honest, straight up, good human being for your plumbing needs; Joe D. should be your first call. In the course of 13 months, I've had my own home,,, and my mother-in-law's home re-piped by Joe's crew at Fowler Plumbing. They are professional, experienced, and trustworthy. I would "whole-heartedly" recommend Joe DelCastillo and Fowler Plumbing.

Fowler Plumbing is owned and operated by a very caring and honest person, Joe Del Castillo, who knows his business from top to bottom.
He has years of experience, and is very talented in many aspects of home building and maintenance. He has advised us in more than one instance, and his advice is always right on. Joe helped us repair a very serious leak in the garage ceiling that might have become a nightmare of mold issues had we not followed his advice. There was no waiting. He sprang into action as soon as he heard about our emergency. We are very thankful for him.

Found "Slab Leak" in garage under water heater. Called Joe at Fowler Plumbing. Been using Fowler Plumbing for several years. Ramon arrived following day and located the leak right away. Ramon arrived on time the next day to repair the leak, which involved re-routing new copper pipe. He went to work right away and had the repairs done in short order. Ramon's assistant, Rez, also does good work. Thanks again!

Jorge was pleasant and explained pros and cons of sink removal and hose replacement. Fowler was very accommodating and came the next day, so that counter installation was done on time the following day. We recommend Fowler plumbing.

I don’t know if I would use anyone other than Fowler. They fit me into their tight schedule when my little ones decided it was time to start stuffing the toilet with whatever they could find.

They came within an hour of my call and took care of it.

Fowler Plumbing will be the first call I make next time I have a plumbing need.

Fowler Plumbing is the best around, without a doubt. Joe and Jorge have been to my house several times over the years, and they are consistently clean, courteous and fast. I really appreciate their knowledge and the care they use with our 70 year old cast iron drains.

I have been using Fowler Plumbing since 1993. Yesterday they replaced my shower faucets. Jorge arrived on time, explained clearly what needed to be done. Left to purchase parts, returned promptly and installed the new faucets. Everything checked out, working properly, no leaks, another job well done. I recommend Fowler Plumbing and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Jerry from Fowler plumbing came out. I had a bad leak under my sink. He quickly found 2 problems. My Garbage Disposal leaked as well as my dishwasher drain. He was very good. Fixed both issues and professional and made sure everything was perfect before he left. Highly recommended this Company and Jerry. Great price! Thank you Fowler Plumbing!

I called this AM as our washing machine valves needed to be changed out due to corrosion and they quickly had Jerry at our place by 2PM - completed by 3PM. Jerry was fast and did great work - I'd totally catch a beer with him as he was very friendly and knew his stuff. Appreciate the great customer service and prompt appointment set-up! We'll definitely be in touch with Fowler for any future plumbing needs.

Romon did a great job! Very good cleanup and very polite.

I was very pleased with the fast, professional, reliable job they did on my outdoor plumbing leak. I would definitely use them again.

Joe, from Fowler Plumbing replaced the hot water heater yesterday, where I am currently living. The man jumped through hoops to get the job done because this is a mobile home, the hot water heater was at least 10 years old, had never been serviced, was leaking, was rusted, and so forth. They don't make the same heater that he replaced, so he had to make several adjustments to make the new one work.
In spite of all of this (and the work took several hours, some beyond what he has anticipated) yet he never upped the price from his original quote.
The man is one of the most polite and respectful men I've ever met.
He cleaned up after himself as well.
I will recommend Fowler Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber!

My name is Sheri Aguillon, and I am not receiving any compensation nor rewards for posting this review. I just felt the man and his company warranted the above testimony.

I used these guys for the first time and they did good, fast and efficient work. Romon was very professional and went above and beyond to be helpful.

Roman did a fantastic job. He called with an accurate eta, showed up in the beginning of the arrival window, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in layman’s terms. Would highly recommend! Look no further

They came same day although it was a non-emergency, which we appreciated. Problem was resolved quickly and Roman left area clean. He provided tips to improve my routine.
