I would not recommend this company to anyone. They tried to trick me into thinking my "new" unit needed major repairs that would take half a day to fix at high cost. When I told the technician that it was a new unit his demeanor changed from finding problems to calling boss and was told that my unit needed coolant only.

Bryan drove from Canyon Lake to Brea, that’s a 50-miles drive, to assess the problem with our air conditioner. Once determined, the closest dealer that carries the required part is located in Buena Park, which is another 20 miles from Brea. Bryan went and got the part, without charging the additional mileage cost. Bryan fixed the problem, and within half an hour, our air conditioning was operational. My elderly parents appreciate Bryan’s professionalism and customer service care, particularly with the recent heat wave in Southern California. Our A/C died during a heat wave. It was 20 y/o. Proflo provided the most reasonable estimate for replacement. They installed our system very soon after the initial visit, and completed the install in 1 day. We were cool again!

Aldo did a great job for me! One item that needs attn. = the maintenance report with pics needs explanations.
The pics mean zero to a lay person unless there is a note indicating "within range of spec" or "low, out of spec." If out of spec there should be a corrective action noted on how to fix the issue. This I feel is a major area that needs to be addressed. Thanks--I don't drink coffee so give my card to Aldo.

I've used ProFlo Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing for a heating issue in the past. And most recently, for an AC condenser issue. Both times they provided outstanding quality service. Very satisfied with their work!!

Aldo came out within the time that was scheduled. He quickly checks the Thermostat and the Safety T switch. It turns out that there could possibly be a clogged in the condensate drain line since water accumulate in the drain line and the Safe T switch detects clogged and shut off the thermostat. He vacuumed the water and then blow pressured air into the drain line to clear any clogged. AC is working properly now. 90 day warranty on the service call. Thanks Aldo. Great job!

Brian Jr was in uniform, had a professional and knowledgable assessment for me within 10 minutes of his arrival time. He repaired the unit, serviced our second unit and was descript in the work performed.
