Aldo was an amazing technician. Professional, courteous, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions. He identified a part that was on its last legs and would have shut our AC unit down if not replaced (which he did after reviewing with me in no time flat). He explained several other things to me as well. I will now always use Proflo and demand Aldo for all future services. Highly recommend!

I called Pro Flo regarding our shower head that was leaking & There was some hot water for a few minutes then it goes cold. Pro Flo fix this within minutes & was very transparent with there diagnostic and there cost up front.This is the company that each customer should try. I look forward to working with them in the future for any other Plumbing or A/C needs.

Our AC unit was down during a heatwave and we had family over. Same day, ProFlo came to the rescue. What was wrong with our unit was going to require a very expensive part, but instead, ProFlo found a significantly less-expensive solution. ProFlo is reliable, compassionate and trustworthy. I fully recommend them to you.

I have 2 very old units (1996). I opted to get a deep cleaning on them since can't afford to replace them. They were able to get me free 12 month financing. Aldo was personable, & professional. I will continue to use Proflo for my AC and heating needs

Once in a while, you come across business that goes way above and beyond what you'd be normally accustomed to. This is the case with ProFlo. I replaced my HVAC with this company over a year ago, because the owner was caring and responsive and gave me the best deal. The work was completed on time and on budget, with a few extras along the way. I recently experienced a small issue with one of the AC units in the middle of heat wave. The technician came out within 2 hours, fixed the issue, and made extra adjustments that were not even part of the problem. He stayed as long as was needed, never rushed to complete the job and was as friendly and professional as the first time I encountered him and the team during installation. This is my first choice for HVAC service as long as the current owner / team owns this business.

Our AC unit has been a pain the arce to say the least. We have had several technicians out to fix our old unit. I am a firm believer of always checking Yelp reviews, and using Yelp to find a good business to service our needs. I like to keep my money local and support the local and small business folks in my community. Well today I have found the one and only Heating and Air company that I will use from here on out. Bryan the owner came to help fix our AC unit and he also provided me with some valuable information about homeowners insurance, thank you Bryan.

From the time I sent the online email request, to the work being completed was less than 36 hours. Now I don't know about you, but last time we had to wait a week to get a technician out. Proflo, came, they saw, and conquered my issue. Thank you everyone who works at Proflo. You're all amazing and I will recommend you to anyone and everyone. I gave them 5 stars, when I had my AC installed , they were at the time had the best price and I was given a military discount. Their service was excellent and on time with responding to my request. I had the unit for over 5 years now and so far the unit is working great.

Happy ProFlo could come out the same day and on time. Very professional, clean and friendly technician. I called 6 other air conditioning companies and ProFlo came through and the others never called back. Made a quick fix and we have the air working.

I had my A/C unit / furnace replaced about a year ago. Bryan and his crew were all very professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions and did a quality job with the replacement and install. The house is far more comfortable now and the newer more efficient unit has lowered my utilities as well. My air conditioner fan motor when out last Wednesday afternoon right in the middle of this scorching heat wave! I called ProFlo and they acted quickly to resolve the issue. Bryan came out on Thursday and immediately ordered the replacement part and Anthony was able to get my A/C back up and running early Saturday morning. I purchased both my furnace and air conditioning units from ProFlo and I highly recommend them for their exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

I had my plumbing drain cleared as well as a meter repaired that was leaking in my back yard. Also recently I had my hot water heater replaced by ProFlo. Jared and his partner did a great job. I chose them based on the many positive reviews I read before I hired them. This was my third time using ProFlo. I definitely recommend them too.

We had a complete HVAC system replaced and redesigned with new ducting on a 30+ year old house. From the first contact on the phone until the job was complete, everyone I spoke to or had work at the house was friendly, professional and seemed to take genuine pride in their work. Everything was completed on schedule, at the agreed price with no surprises. I would definitely use ProFlo again - highly recommended. The new system works great too!

I was referred to ProFlo from another HVAC professional when I was seeking estimates for a tankless water heater. I had several other vendors visit and estimate the job, even some for less cost than the ProFlo estimate. The difference was, the owner of the company came to introduce himself and walked the job. Where I was told there might be obstacles or problems with the location or the way I wanted it installed, Bryan took the time to research and get back with me with a plan. I was provided a fair estimate and agreed to have ProFlo do the work. The installation team was prompt and completed the installation in one day. We experienced no interruption to our daily routine. The service provided was above any we’ve received previously. I have personally referred my neighbors whenever anyone has asked about the services ProFlo provides. My neighbors have also used and been happy with the work as well. Bryan runs a wonderful, professional, and affordable company. We have had ProFlo return for other services as well and each time they were responsive saving us from having to find a hotel for the duration. We’re completely satisfied with ProFlo!

First to start off. I was very impressed they come exactly on time. especially on time usually service like this takes a little bit longer to be arrived. They started to work right away. While replacing and installation of my AC and heater they would check on all of the house while doing there maintenance they found some things that need to be fixed in the house (we knew what things were need to be fix) they were open and honest with communicate with us. As well I was putting away my garbage cans, they offer to take them for me!! I was stunned. They went above and beyond. They fully explain everything and how it works and making sure we were doing well. Love truly the experience, hospitality and honestly. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service and repairs !!! I have had to use Pro Flo services for two completely separate AC unit repairs and both times i was lucky to get David as my technician. He is very helpful, friendly and knowledgable when it came to a number of repairs and trouble shooting. ProFlo was amazing. Getting in contact & setting up an appointment was easy & staff is very kind as well as patient! Trevor was our technician & he was awesome! Very knowledgeable, communication was great & his work was amazing, just an all around great experience! ProFlo does great work & at a great price!

We have been using ProFlo for over five years now. We have two homes on eight acres in De Luz area that were built in 1987 which we have renewed. ProFlo has replaced airconditioners, hot water heaters, fixed plumbing leaks.....all in a very professional manner. In emergency situations they respond very quickly and their rates have been reasonable. I recommend them strongly and we have trusted them with our door keys without incident.
