They were amazing during our walk through took the time to go through every room and explain what they could do in those rooms. Working with you and not telling you. Listening to how we wanted the rooms to look and then explaining how they could get that done. The owner herself was in the walk through and she had a lot of knowledge and made you feel heard and comfortable. They were very professional and we are excited for our first cleaning and the second and many more!! Definitely like this company!

I used The Maids for a "move out" clean, and was 100% satisfied with their job! Becky the owner was friendly and made sure everything was good to go, the team lead was CeCe, She was so nice and went over each room with me when they were finished. All the employees had a sense of urgency about them while completing their job and were thorough at the same time.

I would definitely use The Maids again or recommend them to any friend of mine!

I hired The Maids of Folsom for a one time deep cleaning of my apparent that I had neglected for a while. The service was a little more expensive than I would have expected, but I have to say they did an amazing job. Amazing clean and attention to detail. Fixed little things around the house like set my flashing oven clock, The office and dispatch systems were a pleasure to work with, very informative and no pressure to sign up for future cleans, the result will speak for itself. Overall highly recomended!!

Wow wow wow! We were gifted a house-cleaning from the Maids and it was simply amazing to have a crew of cleaners working so diligently on every corner and crevice of our house. They arrived on time, were all very pleasant to my family and my dog, worked about 4 hours on my home that was in desperate need of a deep spring cleaning.

I am so pleased. I feel like our home is brand new! Doors and moldings and kitchen cabinets were wiped clean like never before, my washer and dryer are clean at last, my window blinds and window sills look great. My daughter even noticed they took a toothbrush to the light switches. I can't believe the attention to detail by each employee!

I was a client of The Maids of Folsom for about a year and a half, and I was consistently impressed. I have previously used other large company services, as well as independent housecleaners, and The Maids of Folsom had advantages over both. First, their communication was always excellent, and they were easy to work with when I had to change a time or day. I appreciated their reliability; they were always on time within a short arrival time frame. I loved that they come with all their products so I didn't need to prepare anything. The team's attitude was always positive, collaborative, and really truly made me feel like they wanted to be there to help me. And most importantly, they do a good, thorough job and get it done quickly so they're in and out with a minimum of disturbance to my day.

In the past, I've had problems with other services with reliability (being hours late), taking all day, making me feel uncomfortable with arguing among themselves, or even doing damage to my house with bleach on carpet or scratching sensitive surfaces. But I had no issues like those with The Maids. Once I had a minor issue and they were so very responsive and eager to make it right. It ended up not being a big deal but I was so impressed with how everything was handled.

The best our house has ever looked! It's such a treat to have a clean house. They do such a wonderful job deep cleaning areas that would take myself hours. The team is responsive and on-time. I already can't wait for them to come back! P.S. they leave you THE BEST cookies! :)

This is a long overdue review. I’m finally writing a review after settling down in my new home. We hired them for a deep clean before moving out of my old place. I was so tired after the packing and moving that I had zero energy to deal with the cleaning. I really needed my deposit back so I called in and they sent a team over fairly quickly. Cecilia and her green team did the thing! Made the place looked better than when I arrived and my landlord was happy. The detailed work they did… man! Worth every penny

The Maid's Blue team cleaned our home this week. This was the first time we have had the Blue Team. The team did just as good of a job as our usual Green Team. Thoroughly cleaned. Excellent!

This is my first time using “The Maids” and I’m very impressed! From the first call into the office until they walked out my door, perfection! The team sent to my house was the YellowTeam, lead by Veronica and Christina. They took special care given I had mold remediation done and needed EVERYTHING wiped down. They didn’t blink an eye at the request and started with ceilings, walls and down to the baseboards!! I am highly considering having them once a month!
