I recently used Folsom Clean for a move-out cleaning service and found them to be a promising, up-and-coming business. I discovered them through Yelp, and after submitting my service request, the owners promptly reached out to assist me.

While the booking process was not as seamless as advertised, I believe this is an area they can refine with time and experience. On the day of the service, the owner notified me that the cleaner would be arriving late, which worked out well as I was still in the process of vacating the home.

The cleaning itself was adequate, although my expectations for a move-out service were somewhat higher. For instance, some ceiling fans were not cleaned, and while I had specifically requested the oven to be cleaned, only the stovetop received attention, not the oven interior.

After a thorough and constructive conversation with the owner regarding these concerns, I appreciated their willingness to address the feedback. It’s clear they are committed to delivering excellent customer service and are open to sending a cleaner back if any area does not meet the customer’s expectations.

Overall, I believe Folsom Clean is headed in the right direction, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
