I would never use him again. Terrible communication. I left a message that I needed a repair. They didn’t call me back. I called again and he said he would come. Didn’t come for appointment time. I text multiple times if he was on his way. Implied he was on the way but wouldn’t give time. 4 hours later he showed. I told him the issues with my machine not drying. He unclogged a little tube that goes from the rubber seal to the washer tub which has nothing to do with it drying. Told me to run a load and let him know what happens. Charged me the $90. I told him it didn’t work and he didn’t come back. Text him days later if he was coming and he said yes but never showed. Text him if he was on his way, he implied he was again but never did. Im sure he couldn’t figure how to fix it. So just took my money and never fixed anything.
