I had a fantastic experience with Leo. My refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling, and I was worried about losing all my groceries. I called them in the morning, and they had a technician out that same afternoon. The technician was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in simple terms, and had the fridge up and running again within an hour. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. It’s rare to find such reliable and honest service these days—highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs!
I would never use him again. Terrible communication. I left a message that I needed a repair. They didn’t call me back. I called again and he said he would come. Didn’t come for appointment time. I text multiple times if he was on his way. Implied he was on the way but wouldn’t give time. 4 hours later he showed. I told him the issues with my machine not drying. He unclogged a little tube that goes from the rubber seal to the washer tub which has nothing to do with it drying. Told me to run a load and let him know what happens. Charged me the $90. I told him it didn’t work and he didn’t come back. Text him days later if he was coming and he said yes but never showed. Text him if he was on his way, he implied he was again but never did. Im sure he couldn’t figure how to fix it. So just took my money and never fixed anything.
