I used Fifth labor like two times in my old house and his service was good, I was happy with the results, very polite person, and very careful with everything! I couldn’t get to help me this week, because he was probably very busy. He does an excellent job! ❤️

Worst carpet cleaning I have ever experienced. Worst customer service after care. Issues were pointed out to Javier, which included left behind dirt. The carpet was wet, but not clean. No fresh scent on the carpets, but a belligerent attitude. I almost felt that because I am a woman, I was given less effective cleaning. All left behind dirt had excuse after excuse. So, I asked for a refund, or a partial refund, which he refused. I am forced to contact my credit card company to get my wasted money back. Also, heads up, quotes are inaccurate, prepare to pay more then your told.

I love the service day was good. He was talking to me, axing me questions telling me how long have I been here and stuff for the carpet to be clean? Is this my first time getting my carpet clean? I love how the way they communicate with you.

I’ve been using this 5th level for many years now and there amazing! Javier is always on time and cleans all the areas of concern. He’s very professional and takes out the hard stains. I have 5 cats and two dogs (yes there potty trained too). Javier still helps take out the hardest stains! I give this place the highest recommendation

Javier showed up on time which is always a good way to start. He vacuumed all the carpet first, previous co's haven't. He used corner protectors on areas where the hose may touch. He did't say anything about stain removal but I saw him using stain removal stuff and then noticed he was able to remove a few spots that had previously remained. I would recommend him highly. Great job

Javier was really helpful and cleaned my carpet. We’re in the middle of puppy training and I swear the smell of urine was driving me nuts. Thank you Javier for giving us a very reasonable price and great service

Had two rugs and a 3/4 sofa/chair worked on. They look the same as before work was done. The large rug has a distinct line where the service was requested. Extremely dissatisfied and will be calling to express my concerns. I was at work while the service was completed. My wife and daughter were home to supervise. I feel the work was not done as promised. I hesitated to use the word “cleaning service” because that would not be appropriate for this company.

I was a little hesitant to get my wooden floors cleaned and polished. Javier assured me that they would come out nice. He was right! I was very happy to see my floors clean and shiny. He was professional and punctual. He also cleaned the kitchen counter and sofas. I will difinetly be using this company in the future.

Fifth Labor did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and tile. They look like new! Javier also cleaned some of our upholstered furniture that had pretty bad stains on them. The stains are gone! Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!

I love the outcome of my carpet! I have had multiple carpet cleaners come out, and I just felt like my carpet always look the same and still had to pay some outrageous price. Javier did an amazing job! Not only fix he get my heavily soiled spots to disappear,he got all the dog mess out of the room where someone had their pet. I would recommend him to everyone i know!
