Fifth Labor has been cleaning our carpets for years. He has a great work ethic and does a great job! He takes his work very seriously! He is very professional and trustworthy!
This week he had to address an issue that had transpired without us knowing. We had a leak from upstairs into a closet containing a metal
file cabinet, resulting in a large rust stain. We were afraid it wouldn't come out.
Javier approached it with confidence, stating he would do the best he could. He treated the area and then like magic he removed the entire stain. We were so grateful as we didn't want an unsightly stain or NEW CARPET!!!
He always puts our furniture on pads so as to not harm any fabrics or wood. Very meticulous!!!
Javier also cleaned my tile floors and our front porch & left them like new.
So, he offers other cleaning applications that I am sure others of you will find a need for.

Javier was extremely kind, did a wonderful job on the cleaning, and even after getting rear ended on his way to the job, still showed up for our appointment and in a timely manner with a positive attitude. Amazing service!!! Did a fabulous job cleaning a very large sectional and 4 Recliners they look brand new again! We have also used him for our carpet in the past and also was very happy with that. Would recommend him 100% his prices are very reasonable as well!

Javier‘s expertise and abilities to clean different materials precisely is amazing not only that he’s friendly very thorough and doesn’t over sell. This trip fifth labor did our tile as well as a little bit of upholstery and of course our carpets they all turned out amazing I totally forgot how much gray we had in our floor tile until after it was clean. Javier was professional, efficient and extremely honest! i loved the quote he gave me over the phone and booked an appt. and when he arrived he said that the quote he gave me was for 7 areas and he only counted 6 upon arriving (i miscounted/misspoke about how many rooms there were over the phone) and he said that he would adjust the price accordingly. can’t say how much i appreciate the transparency when it would’ve been so easy to just keep the original quote. he answered all of our questions and our carpets look and smell amazing! can’t recommend this company enough!

We’ve used this carpet cleaning service multiple times now, and they continue to impress! The stairs are always the tricky part, but Javier handles them like a pro—every single time. Having a very hard day working from home and right now this company has one of their trucks parked in front of my neighbors house. There is a VERY loud and annoying sound coming from their truck that I can hear from inside my home. I don’t know who designed the equipment they use but this is absolutely horrible. How can it be acceptable to create so much noise and to have it go on for an hour or longer?

Javier came out and did a great job cleaning and getting some stubborn stains from out couches. He also did a great job cleaning our rugs. We love using him because he does a great job, he's local, is reasonably priced and guarantees his work.

We've used Javier at Fifth Labor twice for carpet and real hardwood cleaning and he's fantastic! He is a very nice man, and very professional. With our hardwood floors he tested a sample area first so we could see how the treatment would work, and then we graduated to a larger space. He's very meticulous and our carpets always look new after he's here. He's now "our guy" for floor cleaning, I recommend him whole heartedly.
