We highly recommend Javier Berger with Fifth Labor Cleaning Services. He was professional, worked efficiently and was so very respectful to us and our home. He was able to remove stains that had been set for quite some time. It was on the weekend we had heavy rain but Javier still came out to get the job done. He left us protective foot covers in case we had to walk on the carpet before it was dry. We recommend Fifth Labor Cleaning Services whole heartedly and we will be returning customers. Luina, the owner, is so "friendly" that she hung up on my face twice. She's very disrespectful and she isn't a company owner, I'm pretty sure she is some sort of individual cleaner. I tried getting my girlfriend's parents house to be cleaned but she literally didn't want to help me out.

Do not use this cleaning service this cleaning was for my father home ,we made appointment a week ago we told the rep that we needed a deep cleaning a two bedrooms kitchen a bath room .
Appointment was for 2:30pm , she called me at 1:30 said oh can I come earlier I said sure . I received a call back a few mins later oh never mind I will see you at 2:30 I headed over to my dads house and waited until 2:40pm I called her and she said I’m sorry I’m late (she was clearly at home ) she offered up no reason for being late then tells me she in West Covina and that it would take her 45 mins to get here. I was super upset but told her ok , said she would be here by 3:50pm I said ok when 4:00pm came I called her .
I was told I’m two miles away , finally she calls and says I’m at your door . I looked around and no one was there I called and and said your not here .

She then read off the address which was the wrong address I told her that address was incorrect she said that what you gave me , I then sent her a screen shot of the text message I sent her last week .
She ended up showing up at 4:45pm she had a attitude and we told her again what rooms to be cleaned , I had too leave for a bit I came back 45 mins later and they were still cleaning . My dad pulled me to the side and said oh the lady said she was told not to clean the second room , I stood there very upset I went into the kitchen and ask and she replied oh your sister said that we don’t need to clean that room .

I advised that was not true and I told her about our first conversation about cleaning the two rooms and bathroom plus kitchen . She instantly got mad but said ok , they finally finished they barley mopped they didn’t clean the blinds ( she said it wasn’t included ) she didn’t clean the kitchen cabinets she didn’t clean the second room like we ask . She said she was doing another room for us for free cause she was late (this is after I kept asking for a discount ) she didn’t clean the other room.

Horrible horrible I will never use them again ! Please don’t use this service !!!!!!!

Zelyna was great!!! Outstanding service and she cleaned very thoroughly with everything. She is also very nice and does not rush. This was also my first time trying out this service and I can say that I will be returning when it needs it. Thanks again and I definitely recommend this service to everyone.

I am very please w their service. When they left my house was spotless. I had not been physcially able to clean it for 5 weeks. They did an awesome job. I'll see them again in 3 weeks. Awesome people , awesome job.

I called and set up a cleaning for my mom. We agreed for payment after cleaning. I explained she was elderly and needed help. We agreed to 10 am cleaning. Mom called twice to ask where they were. The service never called to say they would be late. I texted to cancel service and she texted no worries. It was embarrassing to me as this was supposed to be a gift. I will never use their business again. They never showed up or apologized.

I set up a appointment with Ms. Zelyna Martinez of Maid Spotless for 090520. The appointment was for 9 AM, per her request, to give me an estimate. I arrived at my Mother's home, which was to be the house to clean at 8:45 AM. Ms. Martinez did not contact me till 9.20 AM to tell me she would be late. She did not show up at all but sent a women who could barely speak English who entered my Mom's home. This lady knew nothing of the business, was dressed in shabby clothes, and looked like she had not bathed recently. Instead of giving me a quote, she asked if I wanted to buy some oranges. I politely asked her to leave and that I would not be using this business. I emailed Ms. Zelyna Martinez and told her I thought her actions were unprofessional and that I would write a negative reveiw......Caveat Emptor......buyer beware.

Ms. Zelyna is, hands down, the best house cleaner I’ve ever had the privilege of welcoming into the homes of family and friends. Initially, I located her service while seeking a house cleaner for my aunt/uncle. She and her assistant (aka: awesome husband) came to the home straightaway, provided a MORE THAN REASONABLE quote, and started working immediately. The quality of their work was such that I then referred her to a family friend. That job was 5-stars too! If you are looking to hire a cleaning service, LOOK NO FURTHER! We are having a bathroom remodel done at our home and unfortunately the contractor we used and are still using to finish have not been very diligent with protecting our home from dust from the construction zone. Plastic falls down holes are torn ect. . .
My wife keeps a immaculate home every single day. Nothing is out of place when I arrive home or leave for work. Surfaces are always clean walls are always wiped down dishes are never left in the sink overnight,
basically I have a wonderful wife.
But unfortunately with the dust that was allowed to seep into our bedroom and some of the other rooms I felt she deserved some help. So I called several local businesses and everyone was very friendly but were unavailable to help us for anywhere from four days all the way up to a week and a half.
And just like everyone in this chaotic world we needed service now!
As soon as I talked to Selena I realize two things.
1. She did not spend her time polishing her sales pitch.
2. She did not over complicate the matter and try to establishing her worth and importance.
She was just honest and helpful. She got right down to business told me when she could be here(she provided same-day service! Which is almost unheard of in the service industry nowadays. I own a plumbing company so I know the challenges involved in being overworked and understaffed) and when she arrived she came to work. They cleaned every room in the house it started off with just her and one helper and then when they saw the size of the task she quickly brought in two more helpers which resulted in a fast paced highly efficient cleaning of the house. My wife felt comfortable with them in our home without supervision and they did not need micromanaging and my wife was very impressed even a day or two later when she would go to open windows or do something and would find Selena’s attention to detail every surface had been attended to.

I have an eight-year-old and five year old boys my five year old has a little bit of allergies but with the construction he has been waking up nightly sneezing, after you were done in our home the boys ran and played and I pointed out that they weren’t sneezing at all and through the night they got the best rest in several months. This project has taken seven months and we are so close to being done hopefully not more than one week of work remains.
Once everything has been completed and we finally have our home back and we can walk in through the front door instead of the side door (like we’ve been doing for months) we will definitely be calling Selena back to help my wife whip this house into shape like it used to be before this project started. Needless to say I highly recommend her services.

I needed a last minute cleaning, I called less then 24 hrs for services and Maid Spotless Cleaning came in to save the day! My house looked great! The cleaning crew were very nice and I would recommend them to friends and family. They also added a couple of details which i thought were were cute and fancy. They folded the toilet paper and paper towels in a cute design.
