Thanks to Jason of HVAC I have a new heater and AC. Work done without a hitch . He arrived on time and completed all work in one day , clean and tidy. And returned to put cap on a heater roof vent . Probably not part of his job but I sure appreciate him doing that because I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself.

Jason was good. Showed up punctual. Repaired AC. Price for a start contractor was $480. Not sure if that’s a good price or not but I think it’s good to know pricing for future reference.

Jason w/HVAC Home Services should be a PREMIER vendor for FNHW (Fidelity National Home Warranty)! He was sent by my home warrant after two other companies were sent. First company "repaired" one of my units, then claimed there was an electrical issue, so warranty sent me an electrician, who claimed the issue was with the "HVAC". After I had (4) technicians, all sent by the warranty company, whom each blamed the other. Jasons' company was selected/sent. He not only troubleshot and fixed an electrical situation that had been there since before we bought the home, 4 years ago. He took the time to fix that issue and then checked my unit that had not been worked on. He made the necessary repairs and we thought all was good. A day goes by, we didn't feel the first unit (the one he had not serviced because the other company said it was fixed and needed electrical to it) was cooling the upstairs. I call the warranty, specifically ask that they not send me the first company and asked for HVAC Home Services to be sent back out. Jason shows up, takes a look, confirms the first company had wired the parts they replaced incorrectly! He takes his time, made the necessary fix and now we have AC upstairs again, like new! As a mom of three teens, have almost 80 yrd old parents living with us, I whole heartedly appreciate his customer service but more so, care in getting us up and working. He could have done the same as all the others and just blamed the next or prior, but instead he did the right thing, did all the necessary troubleshooting and made the fix! So appreciative of that!

HVAC Home Services has a great team!! From my first call until the completion of the job! My AC stopped working. Wendy was so polite and kind on the phone. She scheduled me quickly. She gave me a call the day before to confirm the appt and then called the day of to let me know the technician was on his way. He showed up in a marked van and uniform, so I knew he was the right company. Jason was my technician. He is very knowledgeable and efficient at his job. He diagnosed the problem. Gave me a couple of options on the repair, never pushing. He quoted a flat rate. I went ahead and had the repair completed while he was there. I really appreciated his technique, never pushing me, waiting for my decision. I will have HVAC Home Services in my home again. I purchased there Preventative Maintenance Plan too!

HVAC is amazing from start to finish. The young woman who set my appointment was friendly and made feel like she cared about my issue. It's hard to find that kind of care anymore. Jason , the tech that repaired my air conditioner , was amazing as well. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain everything he did. The best part is they took care of our issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs.

HVAC Home Services has a great maintenance-upkeep plan. Jason came out to do normal routine service on both my AC and furnace and took photos to show me what was happening with both units. Jason took the time to explain why both units were falling apart with the photos which helped give me a visual and he answered all my questions. Apparently, my furnace had been leaking oil and the AC was taking much longer than it should to cool down the house.

He came out and installed a brand new AC and furnace unit. He cleans up after he is done working and explains how to use the new thermostat. Now, my home both cools down and heats up in no time and my new unit runs quietly than it did before.

I highly recommend using this company as they are honest, hardworking people who give great customer service! They work with a good financing company as well. Jason knows his stuff and takes the time to explain everything and is definitely your go to guy!

This air conditioning store was a terrific place to go. The employees helped me choose out the best air conditioner for my house. They were nice, smart, and highly professional.

All the way through, the service was top-notch. There was constant and clear communication. The air conditioner was fixed correctly. For sure, I'd hire them again.
