Faustino was very professional and courteous in person and on the phone. Quick response time to set an appoint and was able to squeeze us earlier.

Also appreciated how Faustino stayed to make sure the AC machine outside and thermostat was working consistently and properly after the troubleshooting.

Faustino also provided easy to understand education and reasons for the issues with our equipment.

If I could I would leave 6 stars. A\C went out yesterday. Called this morning while I was at work and they told me they could be here on the same day. Faustino & Anthony came by told me the issue, fixed it within an hour. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend for any A/C issues or concerns. Great support. We had an issue with a factory defect. The technicians were at the house the same day and left us a portable AC to help keep us cool while they switched out the warrantied work. Very fast and reliable.

Absolutely amazing company to work with. They installed a brand new system, ac and heat pump. I knew I needed a total upgrade since my system was original to the property built in the 80s. They were extremely informative and gave me a very reasonable price. I just refinished my bathroom vanity and they didn’t leave a scratch! They threw down floor covers on the day of the work, covered my whole bathroom with plastic (the heat pump is located in the bathroom ceiling) also installed new vent covers which was an awesome plus for me. The whole crew was extremely nice and friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves once the job was done. Also included a new thermostat Google nest pro. It’s been such a life changer since working with them and getting the ac done. 10 out of 10! Thank you!!!

I sent an email and received a reply within minutes. Was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Two techs came out at the time they estimated and were able to fix the issue. Both tech’s were courteous and efficient. They also made suggestions for future upkeep and upgrades that would suit my household needs. I appreciate their thoroughness.

Fantastic Service at Smart Heating & Cooling Solutions!

These guys at Smart Heating & Cooling Solutions are fantastic! Faustino, the owner, contacted me immediately when I reached out about my Trane furnace not heating. I was a bit taken aback by the quick response since I contacted them in the early evening. However, Faustino texted me that evening and his brother Marc came out the following day and diagnosed the issue with my newer Trane furnace, which works with smart technology.

Not only did Marc quickly diagnose the problem, but he also provided detailed explanations about his troubleshooting process and pointed out the issue—the flame sensor. He removed the part, showed me the problem, and let me know how long it would take to receive the part and repair it. The only downside was that they didn't have the part on the truck. They do carry universal flame sensors, but since my unit was under warranty, I wanted the OEM part. So, I had to cuddle up with my wife and extra blankets for two nights until they could replace the sensor. Did I say that was a downside? My bad... 🤣

Faustino called me immediately when the part arrived and expedited the replacement. Although I wasn't thrilled with the price of the repair and the sensor going out after only three years, I was quite happy to have it fixed and working again. So was my wife! 🥰

These guys' attitude and expertise are terrific and top-notch. You can tell they're customer-focused. They're certified and familiar with computerized Trane HVAC units. They inform you along the way and educate you about your unit. It was simply great—no other way to say it. I'm so happy with these guys. I'm glad they're close and am happy to have them as my new HVAC service company.

Faustino is knowledgeable and explains the different systems available. He stayed in touch by text or phone throughout the installation process. Friendly and patient with all my questions, I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I would say the team of workers that came into our home are professional and organized. The process was done in a timely manner and the work is clean and looks amazing! (Not sloppy) thank you to every employee at Smart heating and cooling!

**Update -March -2025 - our air conditioner unit is due for regular maintenance check up. Faustino checked components-checked output of air temperature and replaced the air filter and nest unit. Faustino also gave good advice of which filters to purchase so the unit can work efficiently. Faustino is reliable and takes the time to answer all my questions. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend their services!!!

Used this company when I first bought my house to get A/C and heater installed. They were very quick to get us on the books and we're done in a timely manner. We currently are using their maintenance program, and we love their customer service. They are constantly checking in, making sure everything works and is properly maintenance for summer and winter seasons. Highly recommend to anyone looking for central air/heat installation 😊
