Jacob D. came out and combined two services into one visit saving me time as I originally had two separate appointments scheduled. He was great. Solved a long term problem with the noise of my fairly new AC unit by tightening some screws which no one had thought to do before even the noise of my unit was an ongoing issue until today. Now when the AC is running I can hardly tell it’s on. This a major huge improvement. He checked everything out and had some good recommendations but did not do a hard sell, which I appreciate. Jacob explained everything well and I would certainly recommend him to anyone and will ask for specifically next time I need service.

Had my heater serviced by Kyle. He was polite and personable. Kyle has been at my home several times for maintenance and troubleshooting my equitment. He is knowledgeable and efficient.

We had MB plumbing come out to do the annual maintenance of our ac/furnace and compressor. Ryan came out to the do the work. He was on time and is a very knowledgeable guy on our system. He did a very good job and took time to explain what he was doing. MB is fortunate to have someone like Ryan in their company.

They responded the same day to a warranty call and completed repairs the next day, replacing a part and addressing the secondary overflow. Robert Ramos the technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Jacob was professional and courteous. He told me what he was going to do and kept me posted on everything he was doing to get the water heater back to normal. Very much appreciated his work ethic. Thank you very much.

Jacob Diaz spent three hours checking my heating and air conditioning systems and explaining to me my options and his recommendations. He answered all my questions and drew diagrams to help me understand each of the air conditioning options available.

I had the good fortune of having Jacob Diaz come out to my 125 year old house to inspect and advise me on air conditioning and plumbing issues I was facing. He very patiently and thoroughly explained (with photos, no less) the repairs that would improve my quality of life, as well as that of my old house. (I finally have an idea of how central air works.) He described, without any kind of pressure, that I could effect the necessary repairs ( the greatest being the repair of my collapsed main sewer line and sewage leakage under my house) through affordable and hassle-free financing. The very affordable yearly maintenance service was a nice bonus. He was very patient and addressed all my concerns with a high degree of professionalism. Soon, I'll be able to sleep comfortably in this intense heat and no longer wonder or worry about the strange odor emanating from under my house. Mr. Diaz has my highest recommendation and gratitude.

Update on November 26th Ryan m came out to service my furnace. He did a great job and installed a hard start kit for me. Will definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you family plumbing.

Service tech Jacob Borden arrived on time, was very polite and explained what the procedure was and the cost involved. Kept us updated on progress and said everything was looking good after procedure. Gave us hints on how to keep drain flowing. Jacob was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him and Family Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

Martin Varela performed our yearly maintenance on are tankless water heater. He was very professional and friendly answering all questions and provided recommendations. Family plumbing is the best and I highly recommend them.

Hot water, one of the luxuries that we all mostly take for granted. We recently found out as our water heater went down for the count. Online I found Family Plumbing and gave them a call. Cindy answered at their office and greeted me with a very positive attitude. She took my information and let me know that a technician was in the area and could stop by to evaluate our issue. Gerardo was at our door 15 minutes later. Gerardo was professional and assessed our issues. He gave me four different options with prices. I had already decided on replacing our tank style and had a lot of questions. Gerardo took the time to answer all my concerns and we did go with a tankless water heater system. The job could be started the next morning. The next morning, installers Elias and Victor arrived on time and jumped on to the job immediately. It was obvious that they both were experts at their craft. Also very polite and professional. The installation went smoothly and before we knew it we had endless hot water. As the job ended Victor tested the water pressure coming from the street and suggested a pressure reduction valve because it was high. Gerardo came back and gave us a quote and then he and Elias installed it to bring the pressure to an acceptable level. Family Plumbing is now my go to company for all plumbing, heating & air conditioning and I highly recommend them. One last thing is they have a family membership plan that untitles you to yearly maintenance of all systems as well as discounts, and that is a smart way to keep them all running for years to come.
