Out of all the estimates I got, this company gave me the best price on a new, high-efficiency air conditioner. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, even offering to provide portable fans to help keep us comfortable. William and his team who handled the installation were very professional and took the time to explain each step. The whole installation took most of the day, which made sense given the work involved. David from sales was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He explained all the available rebates and tax credits, and he even tried to help me look for parts for the old unit before recommending a replacement. There was never any pressure to buy. We had cool air again by the end of the day. I’m really pleased with the service and attention to detail from start to finish!

Most recently, Grant came out for my scheduled maintenance visit in Fontana. He arrived right on time, introduced himself, and got straight to work checking my furnace and thermostat. He also took extra care to clean out the furnace, which is important since there are a lot of trees around my house. I really appreciated the professional and friendly service. i set up a yearly ac maintenance plan, and it was a really smooth process. grant and tanner were both great to work with and made everything easy to understand. my first maintenance appointment went well, but afterwards, my ac wasn’t blowing cold air. grant came out quickly the same day, checked everything, and figured out the problem fast. it turned out that a part needed to be replaced, but thankfully it’s under warranty. grant is making sure the new part gets installed as soon as it arrives. while we wait for the part, grant and tanner have been super helpful and even offered extra support since my elderly mother lives here and it gets pretty hot in california. their communication has been clear and they let us know exactly what’s happening and what to expect next. i really appreciate how much they care about their customers and go the extra mile. highly recommend for anyone needing ac repair or service!

Jacob came out, was on time, i had one leak for sure and other questions. Some things were very simple but he didn't have to do them- not plumbing but he helped me out. There turned out to be a couple of larger issues that needed repairs. They were issues I was convinced needed to be done. He fixed all pretty quickly- discussed everything. Answered all of my questions patiently- and I had a lot of Qs! Really appreciated his help. Would recommend unreservedly .

Jacob Diaz was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He is also thorough. He broke everything down for me to easily understand. Provided me a variety of options for my hvac repair. Great worker with great energy and communication.

EXCELLENT customer service! Jacob D. was so polite, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and considerate to the entire process and situation with dealing with our AC that gave out. Gave multiple options in how to fix issues with our unit so we did not feel pressured in any way. Jaime from “First Choice Plumbing” came out and unclogged our kitchen sink with a 75’ snake. He was very professional, quite knowledgeable and did an extremely good job cleaning up after work was completed. The price was fair and I would definitely request him again if I ever had a future plumbing issue.

Family Plumbing in Riverside just completed my annual a/c inspection. Ryan did an excellent job.

Ryan m was out today November 20th for my furnace maintenance’s and did a fantastic job. None pressured and gave me a lot of information regarding my furnace and maintenance. Five star service all the way.

Kyle was here earlier today for service on my heating system. As usual, he did an excellent job servicing my heating system. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions.

I really REALLY loved watching Mr.Kyle Severance service my a/c unit for several reasons. i was able to tag along and ask questions, which he politely and thoroughly answered, and he took his time to make sure it was fine tuned perfectly, even looking in the attic and taking photo records of the unit to make everything easier. We ended up needing a torque booster and I'm 100% confident it's all done right by Kyle. This is a great company that responds fast and gets the job done right. Thank You Kyle❣️😁👍🏻

Been using these folks since 1989 when we bought our home and over the years whenever we needed something this was our first and only call so when our water heater start leaking and making terrible noise we immediately called and they immediately set up a technician to come out and our highest compliments to Gerardo Chavez who came out checked out the problem and once my wife and I approved the repair within two hours all was done and working perfectly. Highly recommend this company and hats off to Gerardo and David also for being excellent in every way. Thank you.

Victor and David installed a tankless water heater, water monitoring system, and installed new electrical equipment for the system. The installation was impeccable with a reasonable price point. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
