They are very knowledgeable in air conditioners.
They did a really great job.

We had problems with two of our bedrooms not cooling,they noticed when the house was built the company did a terrible job.
They changed the duct hoses going to those two bedrooms and installed a larger hose and moved the vent in the bedrooms. This increased the airflow to the bedrooms with less bends and air restrictions flow.

The two bedrooms are nice and cold now.

I’ve never done any review for any business my entire life but I must do on this one.
On the date they start the work, 4 guys showed up asking me to sign a paperwork without letting me to review it. And all the paperwork was done thru email the night before. They insisted that I need to sign and didn’t let me to read it.
Then the rep called me saying the paperwork is the same as the one they emailed me to sign. Well, if it is the same, why do I need to sign again? why didn’t they let me to read it before signing? What is the rush?
So suspicious….Service cancelled.
Do not use this business.

After I posted above review, the rep called and offered me a temporary fix for my AC condenser with a condition that I have to remove my true review.
Wow, no wonder why they have all "5 star" reviews.

Our AC compressor was not working they cam the next morning at 9am and replaced the capacitor . Other AC companies were 7 to 10 days out .Pon Air was great service , very helpful and economical . Would recommend them .

High quality people. The service tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. Checked the system. Discussed the options. He charged the A/C and suggested adding a sealer. I never felt pressured and he explained all the cost.

I called several places for quotes for my heater issue. Pon Air stood out based on my initial point of contact. I spoke with Karina and she was patient and answered my questions. I was able to get serviced the same day, which is a plus. Everardo was my assigned technician and represented Pon Air excellent. Everardo was quick, quiet, and friendly. Furthermore, he answered questions I had. My igniter went out and offered a 1-year warranty.

I hired pon air to fix my ac. Not only did they do a great job but they were very informative. They arrived on time like they said. Saved me some money too! I hired another company and they said I needed to replace the blower and was going to be much more expensive. Everardo inspected my system and found out it was something minor. Talk about honesty.

These guys from pon air and heating did a really amazing job on installing my NEW AC/HEATER system unit Since, day one when I contacted Everardo he was always willing to a answered any of my my questions or concerns that I had regarding cost and labor work. Miguel, Arturo and Epic are employees who were send to do the job for the AC/Heater system and where very responsible on arriving every day on time and ready to work with no delays. I would asked them questions and they were always very enthusiastic when answering them. They are very professional and reliable. They are very careful with every detail being done and asking questions and keeping you inform of the step by step process which made it easy for me to understand which was truly appreciated. Prior to them leaving for the day they would always coordinate with each other to assure everything was cleaned and picked up for the next day labor. I highly recommend their company because of there hard work and leadership each one takes to get the work done on a timely manner. They are easy to communicate with and extremely friendly.

Pon Air is a very respectful family owned business. They come to your house and do the job with a very highly professional way. We highly recommend them because they really deserve it. My family at home is very satisfied with all the AC work they did..

I had my system put in new about 2yrs ago. The 4 guys were fast, awesome and professional they made sure to clean up. They ran through the system with me. To understand it, the main lead installer told me if I had any problems or problems with moving the functions he would help me out and come back out.. I highly recommend them. These are nice people. I also resigned their paper again as proof of installation & completion. I'm happy and I've had no problems still til now. Thanks guys!!!

This company is awesome! They take the time to show you what isn't working and why. Technician was helpful, polite and took the time to show us what he was doing. Had a terrible experience with Accurate Heating. Tried to tell me I needed $2k worth of repairs when unit was working fine just called them for annual maintenance. Ended up paying $464 for maintenance and repairs on electrical parts that weren't within specs. Will call on them when needed in the future and will gladly refer them with no hesitation.

My a/c went down in the late afternoon, Pon Air was open late and was able to get me in the next morning! The technician that came out was so very nice and friendly. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything. He located the problem and quickly fixed it. The price was reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I need A/C repairs! Thank you Pon Air!

This company is the definition of perfection. I scheduled my installation for a new heating and air conditioning system a few weeks ago. Great customer service I called in the morning for fixing my AC unit on a hot day and I was impressed that they were able to come out later that day my AC unit was fixed and cooling in 30 minutes awesome job I will use them again to keep my AC and heater going strong through winter and summer ☀️

Have been using them for over 3 years and all times they were very professional and quick to solve the issue. This time our AC broke the night before and they were able to come over the following day before noon to fix it in under an hour.
