Stay away from them..charge you to the neck but still don't do the job right!!change my igniter to a wrong one and charge me for $481 for it!!!while the other guy charge me $35 for the right igniter!

Are usually don’t review however his company deserves one I start with an 111 in my house the past few days I’ve called around everywhere calling for estimate it seemed as if everyone wanted to sell a new unit or redesign mine or about a $4000 $5000 repair which is not in my budget, Chris called I guess he got a missed call from me and I’m glad he returned my phone call he was able to get my house down to 78° with laugh and half of what I was quoted you was awesome and I definitely Recommend this company as they really got the job done when no one else seemed to have the answer beside a new unit .... Thank you Chris your the best !

They were very prompt and respond time was excellent. They went above and beyond. Made sure to check all vents and also serviced the air conditioner unit. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I'll give him one star for being available the day I needed him. However, this company or technician is not very organized. After he performed services, there was a follow up appt which we had set for the next Tues. When Tues came, my wife called to check if dude was still coming and the girl on the phone didn't even have record of us and asked if she was calling the right company. After she figured out who we were, we were told Wed at 8am would be the soonest. Wed 8am passes, my wife calls and is told he's running late. He doesn't end up showing up until like 7pm. He comes, looks in my attic and says he doesn't have the right tools and would have to come back tomorrow. Now, I would have called someone else at this point, but every other company i called was booked out a week or more, so.... The next day Thurs, he fixes the issue, but still had to leave another time to get tools he forgot and leaves a dark gash on my wall from his latter. Only because he was available and since one star is the least amount of stars you can give to review.

Chris did a very nice job. He went beyond what i expected in the service call and really helped with the ac issues at the house. It wasn't just an in and out services but he was eager to provide good service and did some additional services to help with the complete ac issues.. I was very satisfied with the service. Good service...service rep came out in 1.5 hours, from call. Quick and efficient work. I have an older air conditioning unit but my rep got it up and running and pushing out cold air like brand new! Life saver on an almost 100 degree day!

Spoke to Chris, he was on site within 15 mins. Diagnosed my A/C unit and had it up and running within an hour. Great friendly service. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips on how to get the most out my system. Great pricing and excellent service.

Chris is a nice kid, but he lacks the experience and know how. The fan motor on my condenser has had problems for about a year. I called Crisp because of the good reviews here, and he was local. He showed up the same day, but couldn't get the fan off the old motor. I took it and used some WD40 and a wrench to loosen it up for him. His fan puller put a burr on the set screw threads so he tried to use a drill to remove it and ended up drilling all the threads out (ruining the fan), so he attached it with a sheet metal screw. He brought some of the motor's terminal wires up through the grill, exposed on top where some kid could get electrocuted, and tied them off there sticking straight up. And lastly, the mounting screws for the motor now stick up about 2" on top of the unit, they should have been trimmed off flush. And what a deal! He charged me over $600 for this. To be fair, he did offer to sell me a new fan blade and come back another day to fix it, NOT!

Very happy with our service. Chris Cordova our technician was honest, thorough, and helpful. He diagnosed our unit which was the capacitor. And got our unit up and running in no time. Chris was able to tell me what the issue was with out using any jargon. He also helped me with not going with another competitor. No names but he helped save a ton of money. That other company was going to rip me off but he told me what they wanted to do. He went above and beyond, which goes along way. I would recommend using this company. 👍👍👍

I called regarding my son's room on a Thursday afternoon, they went out of there way to squeeze me in and come fix the problem, even though they are fully booked. I highly recommend Crisp Services for all your air conditioning services. Very respectful and great customer service.

Excellent service! My AC stopped working Crisp services air-conditioning and heating came out within an hour with an estimate less than what I have gotten from all others that were on the top of the list on Google! I paid way less than what I thought it was going to be .
