They even serice the mountain areas including Big Bear. Incredibly thorough cleaning, including before and after photos. My service tech who handles my exhaust was really impressed by how well the job was done, he took their information to refer them to other local businesses. Thank you guys for a great job!

James is the very best at his job, He did an amazing job at cleaning out our exhaust hood and ducts in our new restaurant which the previous owner had neglected thoroughly.
By the time James and his crew were done it was good as new! We got more clarity on the whole situation and the scope of work being done because he took pictures and explained everything that was being done.
From the very first call-which was on a Sunday ,to scheduling the job on the 4th of July, which happened to be the only day that worked for us -is a testament to how he puts customers first. Honest, ethical, super knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy.

Total professionals, not only did they come and clean our hood system but they left our kitchen just as clean as when we left. Extremely informative, efficient as well. Hands down best hood cleaning crew ever! Randomly found them on google a couple years ago have been satisfied ever since. James is always fantastic, on time, efficient, incredibly thorough (takes pics of everything before and after) and has provided the best service we’ve ever had at Jack’s Bar-B-Q in Lake Elsinore. I have an old unit that has problems and I thought I was going to need a whole new unit but he checked everything out and it turned out to be simple minor problems and he fixed everything and saved me a lot of money, if I ever have any future problems he will definitely be my first and hopefully my only call.

Don't waste your time calling . . incompetent receptionists/ dispatchers will try and schedule an appointment 2 weeks from your call ! Never mind that it is slow time of year . . . they sound like your service problem and business is not important to them !
