Took a while to get apointment but the service was great my air actual started working when they showed up but they didn't charge service call unfortunately they couldn't diagnose because it was working now a week later it went out again

They provide top notch quality of service at reasonable price. They stand up to their name “affordable “. They are prompt, professional, and friendly. They don’t recommend repairs you don’t need.

I had an issue with my heating in this freezing weather, but then I found affordable comfort. Their customer service and their technician John were both awesome! They were very fair with pricing and professional! I’ll definitely come back to them for my future AC and heating needs!

The Technician was friendly, efficient and very informative. The price was reasonable and my air conditioner was repaired in a timely manner.

Found Affordable Comfort on Google because the fan that pushes the air through the ducts in the house was not working. The repairman came and found the problem, the fan blower control, was bad and needed to be replaced. It took him about 10 minutes to figure out the problem. He then informed me that the cost to replace that part was $445.00. My first thought was how expensive this blower control was. I initially agreed to the price and he told me he did not have the part but could go get it and it would only take a few minutes. After he left I looked at the fan blower control and went on the internet and found out the cost of a new controller was $51.00 on Amazon or $65.00 at Grangers. When he came back I questioned him as to why the price was so high. He informed me that the price he quoted me was the minimum they charge for any repair. That is highway robbery!! I told him there was no way I was going to pay that much for a 15 minute job. I asked him to leave and told him I would pay the $49.95 service charge and that was it. I heard him talking to the company on his phone about the fact that I thought it was a ripoff and then he told me they were waving the service charge. I'm sure it was done because he knew I was very upset with the price. I ordered the part from Amazon, got it the next day and it took me 20 minutes to install it at a cost of $56.00. I would never ever recommend them for any work. They may do go work but their price to install is ridiculous.

Just want to start off that AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. From start to finish. Called to schedule to get my furnace check due to my house not getting warm the dispatcher was VERY helpful and was able to schedule ASAP to get it fixed. Once the technican showed up before scheduled which was even better for me also dealing with John was pleased from start to beginning. Before even entering the home he put on booties so he didn’t track debris or dirt into my home. He was very professional and explained everything from beginning to end. I would hire them again without thought and I hignly recommend them.

John provides great service at a fair price. He is professional, friendly and always does good work. He never tries to upsell you and will do what is necessary to fix your AC/heater.

Originally found this company on Yelp, they have 5 star yelp reviews so I decided to try them out when I was having AC issues before Thanksgiving. I wanted to get my AC fixed ASAP since we are having people over and looking at the weather forecast for Thanksgiving it will be in the 90's! I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. John was very professional and knowlegeable and one of the things I really liked (and my wife too) was that he wore booties. I just got the house cleaned for the holidays so I really appreciate that. He was able to get my AC going, the price was reasonable (based on my previous experience with other companies) I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I was having problems with my heater and found Affordable Comfort. The air technician John was very professional and respectful of my home. In this rainy weather, he wore shoe covers to ensure cleanliness in my home. The service was reasonably priced and efficient. John was informative as well, which is always a plus. I had a full replacement of the HVAC system on my house. When I called the office, the woman was very sweet and helpful. She scheduled me quickly. During my consultation, my technician was knowledgable and straightforward with how much it would cost. He took into consideration all the factors of my home before providing a quote. His quote was lower than all of the other 4 companies I called. After we scheduled the install, I felt confident with the service I was receiving. The staff was incredibly polite and efficient. This is was several years ago. I still call them for regular maintenance and they never try to up sale me anything unnecessary and are always reasonable.

We've been using Affordable Comfort for about 5 years now. In my prior home John Q. won our business by quoting a system replacement that was far more reasonable than the other quotes we received. Most recently, our current house AC unit has had a Freon leak issue. Rather than recommend a system replacement like I feel most AC companies would do, he's educated us on the problems with a system replacement at this time because of a pending refrigerant change which would make a new system obsolete in the next few years. To me this is an honest & fair way to operate an AC repair & service business. I would not hesitate in recommending Affordable Comfort if you're looking for an honest assessment and a fair price.

I highly reccomend Chris Hill for all your HVAC needs. My condenser compressor and evap coil went out on my system. I called Chris and he was very thorough about my options for replacement. Very reasonable prices and over all just a really good honest person. Oh and i did have an issue with my master bedroom not cooling very well and after chris installed my new unit and made some adjustments in the attic my room is cool now. He also hardwired in a Google Nest smart thermostat as well. Im very pleased with CHILLS and definately reccomend him to all my friends and family or whoever needs hvac services. Thanks Chris...

Skill, Knowledge, and Ability is key when looking for a professional to install/fix A/C related issues and Chris excels highly in all areas. He is also very easy to talk to and he explains clearly his plan of action to make sure I know what to expect in terms of cost and duration of work. His work is neat and clean which really shows he knows his stuff and he is proud of the excellent work he's done. I would call Chris anytime knowing that what he fixes or installs will last and pass any legal inspection as necessary. Our AC is generating super cool air now but is not as cool as Chris himself. Honesty, trustworthiness, professional, great price, and attention to detail. I needed a complete AC replacement, and his team showed up on time completed the job in one day, replacing the furnace, the condenser unit, and the registers, which, by the way they sealed to the ceiling, which has provided even more efficiency when asked if I needed new ducting, he told me that my current ducts are in good shape and it’s that kind of honesty and trustworthiness that I look for in a contractor. That is why I now have no problem recommending Chris Hill, owner of Chills Heating & Air. He is no doubt the best HVAC technician I have ever used. I currently have two rental properties in Riverside County. Over the past 7 years it has been extremely difficult finding a company that understood good customer service makes a world of difference and that I expected reliable service in addition to fair prices.

Chills Heating & Air was referred to me by a friend who has a business here in Riverside and they told me to give Chris a call after I voiced my frustration. I have now had Chills Heating & Air handling three repairs in my own home and each job was handled superbly. Here is what he has done so far:

· Induced Draft Assembly due to my existing one was showings signs of premature failure due to the blower wheel being out of balance.

· Pulled and cleaned blower wheel.

· Installed a new digital thermostat

· Installed a Compressor hard start Kit

· Replaced all old registers throughout the house

· Caulked and sealed all vent boots

· Adjusted airflow after installation of the registers.

And no one beats his estimates. For example, just an estimate I received on the Induced Draft Assembly and blower wheel was from a very well-known local HVAC company who quoted me four times higher than Chris and this was after the discount! So, there are definitely HVAC crooks out there!
