Nate was extremely professional from start to finish. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything clearly. His friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. The work was done efficiently and correctly. I would absolutely recommend Nate to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

Edgar was on time 8am appt, even 15 minutes early. I really appreciate Edgar being on time. He respected my time. He was friendly and professional. He told the main issue was sludge (grease) in main line of our 3 level condominiums. This is second time I used Coast plumbing. Prices reasonable, professional, friendly. I recommend Coast plumbing for plumbing issues.

I had a very old water heater, which stopped working yesterday. I never realized how much I appreciated hot showers until I wasn’t able to take one. Having young children made this problem 10 times worse, it was WW3 trying to get them clean!

I called my go to Plumber, Coast, Last night at 10 PM requesting a service for the next morning. The lady I spoke to was kind and told me I would get a call back around 7 AM today. First thing this morning, I got a call from Coast Letting me know they can have a technician there at 8:30 AM.

Nate Showed up on time and was awesome! He immediately went to work on my water heater, explaining everything about it in clear detail.

I decided to opt for a new one as mine was shot. Nate gave me a quote with all labor included and explained he can get it done right away. I had checked pricing online prior to his arrival. His quote was very fair and the fact he could get it done immediately was exactly what I was looking for. I had to get into work, so I was able to take off while Nate did the full job, giving me updates along the way.

4 hours later, and the water heater is in and rocking!

He took the time to do the job right and replaced our bathroom sink that was totally lived it’s course and pipes for a leak. I was very happy with Nate professional attitude and excellent work. My water heater stopped giving me hot water and the replacement part needed was out of stock. Lucky that I had a 3 year warranty and was able to replace & receive a new heater because of my warranty. Nate managed to make this happen very easily. All I had to do is go to Home Depot to sign my name and Home Depot replaced the water heater. Nate drove to the store with my old water heater and brought a new water heater back to my home. The removal and installation of the two water heaters went smoothly and I was extremely happy with the outcome. I strongly recommend Nate from Coast Plumbing.

Coast is amazing, always a heater repair or plumber available immediately. Nate got me out of a bind, had to install a dishwasher but the installer required new shutoffs. I’ve worked with Coast and Nate for years. Great problem solver, always on time, great communication, good prices.
