Coast is absolutely top-notch! From the very beginning, their team was friendly, quick to respond, and kept up great communication the whole way through. We had an unexpected issue when the air conditioning in our condo went out, and Terry came to the rescue.

Fixing it wasn’t simple—it required roof access and a lot of back and forth—but Terry was determined to get it done right. He was efficient, professional, and never gave up until our unit was not only running again, but running better than it ever had before.

It’s rare to find a company that combines reliability, strong communication, and true expertise, but Coast delivers on all fronts. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

5-Stars for Jimmy from Coast Plumbing, Heating & Air! Jimmy arrived promptly to handle my plumbing emergency. He was skilled and efficient. I’m so thankful that my plumbing issue was successfully completed so quickly.

Patrick responded within an hour from calling for service. One of our main sewer lines from the house was completely blocked resulting in overflow from the upstairs shower to the downstairs shower and toilet. He spent considerable time clearing the sewer line until it was completely clear. I have been using Coast for years and will continue to call on them for plumbing problems.

We woke up to a plumbing emergency under our kitchen sink this morning and Patrick from Coast was here within 30 minutes to fix it! Service was quick, friendly, polite, with some helpful advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. He even cut a wooden block to give our pipes extra support they needed (see picture).
When he was finished updating the pipes, he carried out the wet trash from the leak and cleaned up and dried my kitchen floor! We will definitely call on them again for any future issues. Thank you so much!

Nate did a fantastic job on the installation of a new water heater.

Needed a new toilet installed. Izzy came and was super accommodating. There was an issue with the toilet I purchased and he was patience and waited for me to get a new one so he could install it the same day. Great customer service!
