I have been using Professional Plumbing for over 10 years, and their commitment to customer service and providing competent plumbing services has never wavered. From small jobs to large ones, they have never made me feel like they are rushing to complete the job. They properly diagnose the issue (if there’s a problem) and resolve it. They go above and beyond what other plumbers would do, down to the very last detail. Today Nick and Dustin installed a refrigerator line for me. Not only were they both personable, but they gave me a couple of options and made sure they installed quality parts. I trust these guys so much that I plan on requiring my property manager to contact the company and these guys if my property ever has any plumbing issues.

What an awesome plumbing company. I found them on the web and liked that they have been in business for 40 years and are located in Fountain Valley. Their employee, Oscar, arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. The condo is over 59 years old and the pipes were very fragile and rusted. The kitchen sink had pipes behind a wall that had started leaking. It was a job that took patience and problem solving for sure. Oscar did such an excellent job that we had him change out our faucets in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. He also changed the on/off value in both bathrooms and the kitchen. We also have our drainage pipes checked. It was a pleasure working with Oscar and would recommend Professional Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I love this plumbing company. They are professional, knowledgeable and respond quickly. Oscar and Dustin came out today to solve a problem with our water filter system and I was so pleased with their thorough and complete service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest hardworking plumber.

I highly recommend Professional Plumbing! Their work is top quality, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do. Nick Haas has been especially awesome—among other things, he skillfully rebuilt the badly corroded 60-year-old shower valve in my master bath with care and precision. Another company told me they couldn't get the parts and the whole wall would need to be torn apart and the entire shower valve assembly replaced, but Nick was able to find new parts for my old shower and get everything apart and back together without damaging a thing! He literally saved me thousands! Honest and great service all around. They're the only company I'll ever use again.

I’m not easy to please so when I have to get someone to work on my home it stresses me out. But Nick did such a great job with my shower valve installation in 2019 that it is still working flawlessly. So when I wanted to replace 2 other shower valves in my home I knew I wanted to get Nick again. He is not just highly skilled and meticulous, he’s also a nice and pleasant person to interact with. If you need a plumber no need to look elsewhere, ask for Nick.

Extremely impressed with Professional Plumbing from making the appt, giving a fair estimate to the actual service call. Nick was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Would recommend them highly.

Needed drain repairs thoroughly evaluated up front by Nick who was able to engineer an alternative method to solve my kitchen and laundry room drain back ups without necessitating significant floor and wall surgery. An appreciated cost saving approach.

Chris did a great job replacing the water pipe and repairing a leak in a wall. There was very old piping in the ceiling and wall that had leaked and after opening up the wall, it also turned out to not be secured very well and had some random old pipes not attached to anything either. He removed and replaced everything with new pipes and secured it cleanly. It looks very clean and well organized now and is most importantly not leaking lol. He even cleaned up the footprints and mess that the previous contractors left behind. If I have any plumbing troubles again or do any new plumbing work, I will absolutely call again. My family has used Professional Plumbing for almost 10 years now, and their work quality and customer service continues to be the best around.

I got in over my head trying to replace the cartridge in my shower faucet. Stripped the threads on the valve stem and was without water due to having to shut it off to avoid a flood. It’s the Saturday night before Easter and I called so many plumbers at 3:00pm and got stood up at 7:00pm. I call one last place at 7:45 pm on a Saturday night and thank goodness for Oscar because he came through. So professional, affordable and most importantly he showed up on a Saturday night. I will be keeping his card!

Came home to a stopped up main sewer line on a Sunday (higher price obviously).They dispatched Chris who was very knowledgeable and thorough and had all the right equipment. Got the job done and happy with the results of cutting away nasty root intrusions in line. Highly recommend.

Called them after hours for a water leak in our water meter. A poor job done be a previous plumbing company six months prior. From the initial call the representative was very nice and friendly (that’s when I knew I had called a good company). She said she could have someone out within an hour and they sure arrived an hour later. Oscar (the technician) was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us a few suggestions and we went with the suggestion that best worked for us. Oscar and Dustin came back the next morning just like Oscar said. They started working on the leak and within two hours they were done. Everything was professionally done. I could tell both were experienced. Thank you both for your professionalism and quick respond. With that being said I strongly recommend this plumbing company.

Nick was very professional. He tended to all the home plumbing issues we cited and, more importantly, he did so honestly and thoroughly. When he was was confronted with potential plumbing challenges - our house is almost 70 years old - he explained the risks inherent in attempting certain repairs and made sure he had our buy-in BEFORE tackling any of them. He even found a few issues I didn’t know we had. Example: We had piping in the guest bathroom (“sanitary tee”) that was ALMOST COMPLETELY CLOGGED. 😱 He was astonished that the water had been draining from the sink - or that bathroom’s tub - at all. When he was done, both my husband and I were ecstatic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Profesional Plumbing did an awesome job. On every part of the job they would explain it to me in detail. They conducted themselves very professionally and were very courteous.

My horrible clogged drain!!! Of course at 8 pm my kitchen sink overflows, gunk everywhere, my husband couldn’t clear it. I called Professional Plumbing and spoke to Liz. She had a plumber at my house the next morning at 8:30…. Jonathan Cruz to the rescue. He got me all cleared out and running smoothly. What an awesome company. Liz was super helpful and Jonathan was awesome. Wow! Finally a good honest plumbing company! Fan for life. Prices can’t be beat! USE them

Two wonderful guys, Oscar and Dustin, fixed my shower controls. They were here last year and installed 2 toilets. It wasn't an easy job. They do exceptional work with a great attitude. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Nick has been our plumber for at least 20 years and has never disappointed us with his positive and friendly attitude. We are always 100% satisfied with his quality work. He is a very professional and an extremely knowledgeable plumber!

The price appears high but it was actually exceptionally reasonable. Not only did he install a new garbage disposal, but he also unclogged two toilets. He provided tremendous service at a very reasonable rate.
