Discovered I had two gas leaks on my side of the gas line from the meter. Carson plumbing sent a couple of hard working guys. I did the digging out of my gas line so the plumbers could get to work right away when they showed up.

Carlson Plumbing provided me an excellent service once again. Jennifer from their office was very responsive and pleasant over the phone. Mason, the plumber who did the work, was very respectful and knowledgeable. They got the job done effectively and efficiently once again!

We just had someone come out to let us know what’s going on with our plumbing (we have a crack in the pipe under the slab) Gilbert came out; he was extremely knowledgeable, kind & incredibly patient. He was on time. He went on the roof and looked through the plumbing that way, as well as looked through the clean out. He was able to pin point the problem, give us a rough park estimate and explain to us the procedure. He gave us different options of what we can do to be able to fix this issue. I really appreciate the time he took coming out and troubleshooting the problem. We are very much looking forward to having Carlson Plumbing fix our issue!

Found my 4ever plumbing company. Most professional plumbing company i have used . On time. Communicative. Extremely knowledgeable. careful. Respectful of property . Flawless work. A company that does not try to sell you this or that , and they literally clean up completely before leaving . 3 new kohler toilets, and 3 new signature goose neck bathroom faucets. Beyond happy with their installations! I will call them with any and all future plumbing needs !

This is the third time we’ve used Carlson Plumbing and are always very satisfied with their work, and with the professionalism and courtesy of the technicians. This time we had a leaking shower in the master bath (the cartridge inside the wall). We called on Friday and they were able to fit us in on Saturday morning. Gilbert did a great job.

Started noticing a knocking sound near the pipe where the water feeds into the house. Called Professional Plumbing and Vance came to take a look. He said that it could possibly be due to the water softener, which they do not service, and to call someone that does water softener's just to make sure before they ripped open the wall. There was no charge for the check.
Although they did not find the issue, it's such a great feeling when you find a company that is honest and not trying to take advantage of you. He could have easily tore open the wall and asked questions later. If I ever in need of plumbing service again I am definitely calling Professional Plumbing first.

Chris came out the first day and diagnosed the problem with my water heater. He had to order a part. He came back the next day and got the water heater up and running. Thank you!
