Great pricing. Rheem Tankless water heater. The installation by the technician Brandon was professional and experienced.
We received a quote online on a Sunday night and the technician showed up on time the next morning.
We will use them again.

Brandon and Felix did a great job installing a new bathtub valve. They work quickly and clean everything up. Brandon listens to what you want and accomplishes exactly that. Highly recommend

Simon was very professional & knowledgeable. He cleaned our tankless water heater and checked water flow issues. He explained the reasons and what needed to get issues fixed. He was very honest with explanations and even gave suggestions. We were impressed so we asked for quotes to get the water flow issues addressed asap. I would recommend Nido Plumbing.

Highly recommended!! Matt and Aaron are absolutely professional and fun to talk to. I was in the middle of moving when we found a leaking water heater. Matt came in and inspected it right away and gave us a quote which is way more affordable than others. Finished and completed the job right away and cleaned the spot too! Responded quickly to resolve our plugged drains issues. They kept work areas clean and explained what they found clearly for us to understand. Cost wise, I felt they were very reasonable. I'll surely use Ryan and Carlson Plumbing if/when their services are required.

Ryan from Carlson Plumbing did an outstanding job at repairing a main water line. He arrived on time, was highly professional, and extremely clean and meticulous in his work. Carlson Plumbing has also replaced a water heater and done other work for me over the years. They are my “go to” plumber and I highly recommend their services.

Carlson plumbing is by far the best. They are always so quick to respond to any issues we have. They are always professional and easy to work with. They make sure to explain every process they do. I cannot recommend them enough!

Mason came on time. He was very friendly and professional. He was very efficient (quick worker and did not cut corners). He was considerate as he took extra care not to damage the flooring underneath the toilet as well as vacuumed all the dirt and debris around the work area. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely and highly recommend Mason for any plumbing work that one may need in the future.

Drain pipe burst in both bathrooms.Carlson imm came out ,found the problem and set up a plan to repair. They were fast, knowledgeable ,polite and friendly and did I mention fast.

August 2025 - Mason and Ryan did an amazing job installing a gas shut-off valve and installing our new gas dryer. These gentlemen always go above and beyond to take care of us. I can't recommend them highly enough. And thanks to Jennifer for getting the job set up so efficiently! You all are the best.

Fourth visit today (Nov 2024). Like I previously said, old house, so things come up here and there. So far, all together, we've had two different lines drained, and three toilets installed. These folks are friendly, professional, thorough, and do great work. SO glad I found them. Today, we had Kyle. So far, he and Mason have been our guys and they're awesome. Before we scheduled for today, Brandon was also very responsive and provided an emergency option yesterday (Sunday), but we were fine to wait a day. All in all, these folks are a godsend.

Great first time experience today with Carlson Plumbing. The plumber, ‘Mason’, and another gentleman that was helping him (sorry, did not get his name), arrived on time and got my kitchen sink working again. It was a challenge b/c there was no exterior access to the pipes. They were both very nice and courteous, and cleaned up the area afterwards. Also, thanks to Jennifer for her courtesy and friendly manner, and for getting someone to my house so soon!! Thank you!

Ryan and Mason are great to work with. They are kind, honest and knowledgeable. I honestly never thought I’d ever have this experience with a plumbing company.

From working with Jennifer to schedule the initial appointment to getting reminders for when they’re on their way and patiently waiting for me to get home because I was 7 minutes late to the guys professionally working with me and explaining things in a way I can understand to wrapping up the service call. They were really gracious about slipping booties on and off when entering and leaving my house.

Gilbert was of great value to us! He unclogged the toilet with a 6’ auger and cleared the debris within minutes, cleaned up the mess and finished. Asking if we needed anything else. We will definitely use Carlson Plumbing for future work!

Update: Gilbert came out today and cleared some drains for us. They were very patient with me cause I had to change appointment. Always happy with their friendly prompt service and confident that they will get the job done right.

Carlsens Plumbing was referred to me by a friend, and after checking with yelp, which showed a 5 star rating, I gave them a call to fix two clogged toilets and a very clogged bathroom shower drain. They kindly sent me a photo of Mason the plumber and gave me a two hour timeframe. Mason showed up on time and "smelling good". He quickly assessed the problem and told me what each step of his approach would be. Snaking the line didn't work, but auguring did. Mason was pleasant, very thorough and left a clean workspace. Total bill was $225 as he had outlined before starting the job. I will definitely be using Carlson for any future plumbing needs. Five star rating from very satisfied customer. *****
