We lucked into finding this plumbing supply store when remodeling our house 15 years ago. They are so good the contractor's plumber started going here as well. We went back about 8 years ago after buying another house and redoing the faucets and fixtures. Those were both a few thousand dollar jobs. Recently, I went back to buy some new fixtures. It was only a few hundred dollars but they treated me very professionally, like I was a tradesperson.

The kitchen pipe started leaking unexpectedly until their technicians replaced the damaged section and secured it well. No more water is collecting under the sink now.

I woke up to my kitchen faucet dripping nonstop. This plumbing service tech replaced the worn cartridge and tightened other loose fittings while inspecting the pipes. It worked perfectly afterward.

The hot water would cut out halfway through every shower. Their tech serviced the heating components and restored proper function. Warm water now lasts as it should.

The hot water valve under our sink was dripping. Their crew replaced the faulty valve and tightened all fittings. No more leaks at all.

First of all, I'd like to say I absolutely dread having to deal with this company! I have to endure their HORRIBLE SERVICE each and every time because our landlords contract with them. I'm so over this plumbing company. They are pushy, sloppy, inconsiderate, sneaky and liars. DONT USE THEM! I think I've been pretty lenient with them and fair. I'm just not use to such poor customer service and blatant disrespect I'm constantly receiving from these people. They are supposed to make things easier not always add another problem. First two times they came out, besides ruining the landscape, they begged me to run their extension cords from my apartment to be able to work. So I'd have to have my side door propped open all day or pop my screen open so they could work for the day. During this one of the employees was letting himself in through my front door while I was trying to get changed. I had to throw something over before the door opened and he was like "sorry I didnt realize anyone was home." Um you could knock or ring the bell... I'm the same apartment your using for the electricity (which I never charged them for). Then they come out again to replace a leaking water heater and were leaving the discusting molding base. Had management talk to them about it and all they did was a quick wipe and continued to work. Then during this visit the employee went and used my bathroom without asking; I was a bit uncomfortable because I had my delicates out but he seemed quick about it and then left. I went in there later after he'd gone and noticed he peed all over the place: seat, top of the tank, on my baby wipes bag, and the wall... I was so disgusted. I called the property manager and asked her to have them call me to apologize because this was outrageous! So the supervisor/manager called me and asked me 21 questions if there were other men in the house or boys and saying it couldn't be true because they make their employees pee in a bucket in their truck! Gross! I was uncomfortable telling him my living situation and assured him it was no one else. After his very inappropriate "investigation " he apologized. Again they had to come out because the sewer line was clogging up and I hoped it was an easy fix and then they could go. My husband happened to be home to deal with them. They told him that it was a simple task of cleaning sewage line and done. In the middle of their simple task the plumber came up to my husband and said his tool broke; he said he would have to come back next week ( Monday Dec.16th) that he would provide a rubber stopper in the meantime. The plumber's manager/supervisor comes in to check out the problem and has him finish the job. He lied about his broken tool because he seemed to be able to continue working... what happened? He broke our tub drain switch. They took out the drain switch and replaced it with a regular overflow cover and gave us a dirty USED rubber stopper! They left without a word. We weren't even told what happened so we assumed all was fine until we checked out the tub. I called them and asked them what was going on and when we would get our switch drain replaced. Manager/supervisor said it was already broken, that the bolt broke off (which is a lie, because we recently used it without an issue). He said he would talk to our property manager to see if they wanted to replace it because its expensive. So the property manager wont pay for it since its the company's fault and the company wont pay. I have pictures of the mess they leave of every time they come to work. Please, please take my word for it. From someone who has nothing to gain since I'm forced to deal with them regardless of what I say. They dont seem to care for their customers so I just want to save someone from the hell we have had to deal with. The funniest thing is their website says we can count on their plumbing professional experts. Ha! Where? Thank you for taking the time to read about the disaster that is Orange Plumbing and Rooters!

Couldn't be happier with their service. I called on Oct 18th at night at 9:30pm for a clogged toilet. Their technician Ken promptly gave me a quote over the phone and came fixed it up at 10:23pm. It took him more than half an hour. When he left it was close to midnight. They helped me so much because it's the only bathroom!

I recently had Nido Plumbing come out and install a new tankless water heater after my old tank heater gave up. This was my first experience hiring a plumber. Carlos, the technician that did the work was very professional, did a good job explaining the process and made a stressful situation a little more manageable. I am very pleased with work and professionalism. Thank you, Nido Plumbing.

The folks at Nido Plumbing, in particular Brandon and Arran were stellar plumbers and from now on my go to for all plumbing needs for not only my home but also those of my clients and friends.

I had a big water issue from a recent remodel and the entire time we speculated it came from drainage. After several visits to isolate the problem Brandon and Arran had a different theory…maybe the issue isn’t a drain issue after all. They traced the problem to water softener as the glue seal wasn’t fully set but that didn’t really explain why there was so much water leaking and they weren’t satisfied yet. The investigated other possibilities and asked me to turn on my AC, once I did that, gallons and gallons of water started flowing and turns out that it isn’t a plumbing issue but rather, an HVAC issue.

They both spent multiple days and hours diagnosing the problem and were not satisfied until they found the problem. Arran assured me that he’s not giving up until he located the source and I commend them both for being diligent, honest, and thinking outside of the box!!!

Cheers to Nido and big thanks to Manny, Arran, and Brandon for seeing this job through!

I had an excellent experience with Nido Plumbing and wanted to specifically recognize Simon for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond by staying until 10:30 PM to make sure the issue was fully resolved, which I truly appreciated.

Simon was extremely professional, hardworking, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully assess the situation, explain the problem clearly, and ensure that everything was fixed properly before leaving. His dedication and work ethic really stood out.

It’s not easy to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction, but Simon delivered on both. I would highly recommend Nido Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality plumbing services.
