I would have put -1 if it were possible, Freemont platt has the worst customer service, it's worth me driving 20 miles out of my way to another platt just because customer service matters to the other Platts in the area .. Freemont shows no concern for customer needs , smh wish they could be more like Gilroy and Salinas and Morgan Hill .. at least they try.. very very disappointed

worse customer service ever. i called all morning prior to coming at least 10 times no one answers. when i get there, literally 4 men standing and sitting there not doing a dang thing.

i asked for help, the man told me to call an electrician and walked away. what a joke.

Had what I needed, friendly staff member, good pricing. Pros who know go to Platt. Check here before spending too much at Grainger for Fluke, Klein, Ideal, Greenlee, Knipex and other good brands.

Very helpful people here. I knew what items I needed for my project but not their part numbers. I walked in and they were able to choose the right parts at about the price I expected to see. No trying to upsell me on stuff or recommending something I didn't need. A good experience all around.

The rating is for the tech that worked on the service. Company is a 5 star. The service fee was reimbursed. Service request was to check working water heater noise. After the service the water heater no longer worked.
