I have used R Pro Electric on numerous occasions in the past and am pleased with their quality and cleanliness of work. All work performed has met the codes and approved by the City Building Inspectirs, at the first site visit. Rick is very pleasant and professional to work with.

R Pro responded quickly resolved my issues of grounding wire(s) not being enabled which had resulted in shocks. They further went on to rewire my breaker panel and bring everything up to code as there were many issues that needed to be corrected. Osh Is very knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Had a fantastic experience with Osh, Larry and Rick! Super professional and kind and a lot of fun to do business with. They came to our new home and did a bunch of work including switching out plugs and capping off gas lines so we could switch from gas appliances to electric. Lots of re-wiring and replacing of switches and sockets too…plus trouble-shooting a number of issues we wanted addressed. During the beginning of our work together, Osh discovered what a home inspector missed…six burned wires behind our electrical panel! He promptly called me and they changed out the entire panel. The power in a section of my kitchen went out, so I decided to hire someone. I asked the Rodriguez family and my neighbor Bob, people I trust, for a recommendation. Both, without even knowing each other, highly recommended Rick! Rick responded within 24 hours, did some trouble shooting, which initially fixed it, but later it went off again, as it was an intermittent problem. So I left him a text on Saturday, and he responded Monday and came out that morning and this time found the problem. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful. For sure I will hire him again for any electrical problems I feel uncomfortable taking care of myself, and I definitely recommend him to others including friends and family.

R Pro Electric was very attentive to our needs and schedule. We had a complicated installation including bollards around our panel in a side driveway. They did the research to ensure that the installaiton met all the PG&E requirements. They did additional follow-up with PG&E regarding the status of our underground and electrical connection work and were here for every appointment with PG&E. They also did the interior wiring on our house remodel. We would definitely recommend R Pro Electric.

PG&E surge took out my panel. Osh came out and promptly provided temporary fix. Rick managed the process of getting new panel approved through PG&E and city of Fremont. Both came out and did excellent job installing new panel. Through the entire process I found Rick and Osh to be exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and helpful. Rick came to our house on short notice to diagnose a problem w/ one of our electrical circuits, where some receptacles suddenly stopped working. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. We are very impressed with his straightforward approach and experience. We will be using him again very soon for a few electrical upgrades at home. Highly recommended!

Dont sell 10 gauge wire in short length...

Tends to be a little pricey and mostly only common items on the shelf, however, they can order in just about any electrical item you could think of.

If you need it chances are Platt has it

Really bad customer service. No product fullfillment services. The front desk agent was being short and impatient. This happened several timesvand never again will I do business here.
