You need to supervise them closely and make sure test their work specially the circuit.

Staff is very friendly and are very attentive on your needs and requests. I have had emergencies and are able to accommodate me with their schedule. I highly recommend them!

Disappointing. Our regular electrician was unavailable, so we called Pires Electric to troubleshoot low voltage on a HVAC unit. Technician didn't show up for the appointment, so we contacted Luis who said he would send someone in 10-15 minutes. A technician finally showed up 2 hrs later. The technician identified the issue to a tripped breaker, which he reset. This entire job (diagnosis, reset, test) was completed in 20 minutes and Pires Electric billed us $720. I asked Luis and Lexie if the bill was really $720 (for a 20 minute job to reset a tripped breaker) and both of them said yes. We are a Bay Area commercial property management company and will not be using Pires Electric again, nor would we recommend anyone to use them.

Excellent electrician to work with. Listens, polite, knowledgably and does move than required . Rick replace sub & main electic panel.

Osh was quick and thorough with his work, and Rick was very helpful and friendly as well.

Had a service call today and admit being disappointed. RPro came to troubleshoot a GFI but could not determine the cause of the malfunction. Nonetheless it asked and received their standard $170 service call fee. I'm an attorney and occasionally have had clients I cannot assist. In those cases I have not charged (though I've frequently received referrals from the good will engendered). Today's visit seems to have been an appropriate case for a reduction or waiver by R Pro.

Quick, rapid response to my electrical problem. Tech diagnosed problem as breaker switch burned out and replaced it with a new heavy duty breaker switch for our clothes dryer. Very professional, very fast and all work performed within one hour. Definitely use R Pro Electrical for any electrical issues in the future. Rich Wilson
