Jude and Terrance from Top Fremont Carpet Cleaning visited my place to spruce up my carpet. They were really amicable and did a fantastic job at making my carpet look fresh and clean. They clearly detailed every step of their cleaning process, which I found very informative and reassuring. Their workmanship is truly impressive, and it never fails to leave me thoroughly satisfied. In the past, they managed to remove a stubborn black, sticky glue from my carpet, which had been carelessly left behind by a previous floor replacement job. They completely eliminated the stain, making my carpet look as good as new. I am extremely pleased with their service and the wonderful job they do.

We were able to get scheduled for carpet cleaning on short notice. Greyson, the technician who helped us before, arrived on time and did a fantastic job again. Our carpets looked much cleaner and were almost dry when he finished. The wool wall-to-wall carpet in the family room needs special dry cleaning, and Greyson handled it very well. He also moved and lifted furniture as needed to reach all the carpeted areas. This was the second time we used this carpet cleaning service, and we highly recommend them.

For tough stains, like red wine or something on a delicate fabric, I know I can call right away and Jude or Dean will work miracles to get someone out to my place as soon as possible, often the same day or the next. I’ve recommended this carpet cleaning company to several friends in California, and everyone has been so happy with the results. I’ve had a few big spills and even some accidents from my dog, but every time I call, the office staff goes above and beyond to get someone out quickly. I can’t say enough good things about their service—they are an amazing carpet cleaning company through and through!

I have never written a review for any bad service before but this company is very unprofessional. The person spent 15 minutes with a portable cleaner and charged me $230 for 15 minute of cleaning. Carpet looks just as dirty as before. You are better off renting a rug doctor vacuum cleaner from home depot and doing it yourself

We have relied on Top Fremont Carpet Cleaning for all our carpet cleaning needs for a long time. They always do a great job—on time, fast, and efficient. We’ve never had problems with excess water left in the carpets. Their prices are fair, too. On our most recent visit, we also used their vent cleaning service because the previous owners of our home had dogs, and cleaning the vents really helped with our pet allergies. if you don't want to read a lot, i'll just say preston from the carpet cleaning team is AMAZING! seriously, a real pro at getting carpets and upholstery spotless. the price he quoted was exactly what we paid—no surprises. if you need your carpets or sofas cleaned, these are the folks to call! here's the reason for my five stars: we have four dogs and two cats, so our carpets and favorite armchair really take a beating. one of our dogs has some health issues and made a mess on the chair, and our cat marked the carpet near our bedroom. i tried cleaning it myself, but nothing worked and my husband was getting frustrated. then preston came out right after i called for a quote. i explained the situation, and when he arrived, he could see (and smell!) the problem. after about three hours, our carpets looked almost like new, and the armchair we were about to throw away was fresh and clean again (except for some old scratches). and the odor? completely gone! the best part was the cost—no extra fees at all, just the fair price we discussed. plus, since my husband is a senior, preston gave us a small discount. if you need carpet or upholstery cleaning anywhere nearby, you really should call these guys. i couldn't be happier with the service!

I used your service on Friday Aug. 22nd, 2025. Unfortunately, the carpet cleaner did not do a good job and the carpet does not look better in any way, shape, or form. He only took 45 minutes to clean the house, did barely anything, and did not dry the carpet. I have used carpet cleaning services before and they would take 3-4 hours to clean the house, do a thorough job, and then dry clean it. Again, the carpet cleaner hardly did any work and the carpet does not look better at all.

As you can see in the photos, there are water marks, stains, and machine marks that made the carpet look worse than it was before.

Please call me at my number if you want to discuss any further (sent in the online form). Again, I am extremely disappointed.

I will not recommend your services to anyone unless you discuss a moderate solution with me. Please stay away from this company if you want your carpets to be cleaned. Thank you.

i had a great experience getting my area rug cleaned in fremont. before picking up my carpet, i got a call about 30 minutes ahead to check if they could come a little early, which i really appreciated. terrance and jude, the technicians, were both professional and friendly. they really knew their stuff and explained the whole cleaning process, including how long it would take and when i could expect my rug back. my freshly cleaned rug was delivered today. the team let me know by text before they arrived, which was super helpful. they made sure to place the rug exactly where i wanted it, even getting it neatly under the sofa legs. they worked quickly and were very friendly the whole time. overall, i’m really happy with how easy and smooth everything was.
