Claudia and Miguel have been cleaning my home for over two years. They are professional personable and make my home sparkling. They do little things that they are not asked to do and always leave our home with a wonderful smile and just Make our day. They are a wonderful team a professional cleaners.

I've use Cleaning Authority for the past 9yrs. I have met with all the cleaning staff and office staff. They do an excellent cleaning job, but I do have my favorites that I request to deep clean my house bi-weekly. Olga & Lesly are the team that I have chosen. They are professional, nice and two hard working women that I trust to come into my home and clean throughly and with the respect of my sentimental delicate things in the home. They take pride and care in their cleaning work and want to make sure you're always happy and they are doing the right things for the areas that are being cleaned in the home. I hope this will encourage new clients and put trust in this business and these women such as Olga and Lesly to have a secure job. Kindly and in trust with this team/staff.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority to clean our home for over a year and are extremely pleased with their service. This week Wendy and Candy cleaned our home with the same excellent results we have seen over the year. Our stainless steel appliances sparkle and all surfaces are fresh and clean. They are friendly, courteous and follow instructions when we have special needs.

Tried out The Cleaning Authority based on the decent reviews posted across Yelp and Google Reviews. We hired them for a one-time cleaning to see how things went, and we were rather disappointed overall.
They unlocked every single window in our house, including some that the lock was behind bookshelves. Some of the windows were propped slightly open. That's a huge safety concern for me, and I'm sure for others, so be sure to check your windows and sliders afterwards.

Team #6 Janeth and Candy do an awesome job. They are polite and courteous. My house is always spotless after their visit. Highly recommend to everyone. We feel safe and assured with them in our house. Keep up the good work.

Olga and Leslie are amazing! They have been coming to our home for
many years and each time they do a fantastic job! I don't know what I'd do without them. We took a time out from our regular cleaning because of Covid and remodeling but Olga and Leslie are back on a regular basis and we are so very happy! I have recommended The Cleaning Authority multiple times!

Iris and Brianda did a deep clean of our home and were very thorough. They allowed us peace of mind during the stress of moving house.

They were also able to schedule us last minute after another cleaning service cancelled on us so we appreciate that they could fit us in. The customer service through the phone was polite and handled our request well.

Miguel and Claudia have been with us for over 4 years. Every other

Very happy with the Cleaning Authority. I have three boys and a dog and Avery busy schedule so there’s always a mess of some sort at my house. My cleaning team does an amazing job though (thank you Jose and Kenia!!). Very thorough and attention to detail. The house always looks and feels super clean when they’re done- without the heavy chemical smells. Definitely recommend if you need that helping hand with your home.

These maids never put things back where they belong. After this last cleaning, I found my shower gel and razor moved from the shower to the sink counter which is in a separate room. They have consistently broken things including a $2500 piece of art. No matter how many times we have brought these things to their attention, it continues and they don't reimburse us for anything that is broken. I am seriously considering firing them.

We paused our cleaning during the pandemic. I am so glad to have Barbara and Maribel back! They do a fantastic job every time. They are polite and professional, my house looks amazing and they even make the bed!

I initially hired this company and they were good.. However, the people keep on changing and all good cleaner leave the company - they don't speak English either or understand properly. They sometimes make fun of you if you say something which is obvious from their behaviour. I will never recommend anyone for this company anymore - They also have time constraint and are stressed out to leave fast and today they just vanish without informing... I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and now will end my cleaning service with them... PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM

I love Team 1: Lesley and Jonathan. They are always on time with wonderful smiles and greetings. They know my house now, and so quickly get on with their routine and finish up quickly. I have never had to notify the office of any mishaps or misses. I truly appreciate their good work. Thank you.

My husband and I have been thrilled with Olga and Lesly, the house cleaners from Cleaning Authority. They are very thorough and cheerful in their work. We trust them completely and they brighten our house.

We have had Olga and Lesly clean our house now for over a year and we are extremely happy with their consistent skills. They always clean our house thoroughly and if we need to reschedule a week or two they are very accommodating to our schedule.

Wendy and Candy did an excellent job. They actually clean, and do not just move things around or dust around them. I've been using this service for 5 years and am very happy with it. My house is spotless and smells fresh. Each time a new area is concentrated on in addition to the regular cleaning. This is done in a rotation so the entire house gets a deep clean. I would highly recommend this service, and it is also very reasonable.

Everything started out great with our cleaners. I found them to be hardworking, kind and friendly.
However, over the past 3-4 cleanings things have been going down hill rapidly.

If it was a one time thing, no biggie. But everytime the cleaners come, I feel like I have to do a sweep to “fix” all the things that went wrong.

First a bucket of water was overturned onto our carpeted floor and we had to have fans on all night. Then they broke our blinds and didn’t tell us (FIL fixed it). The next time they put our dirty bath mat -from the bathroom floor- onto our clean towel rack in the bathroom and I had to wash the towels. This past time, all of the paintings in the master bedroom + the tv were hanging super crooked and I had to straighten them all. AND they put our bath mats (including the one from next to the toilet) onto my in-laws BED and PILLOWS so now I need to wash all of the bedding.

I’m not sure if the cleaners are feeling super rushed or if they’re just careless.. but we will be canceling the service. There’s no way the cleaning they do is worth $155 + tip. Why pay for cleaners if I have to come home and fix a ton of mistakes? I’d rather save the money and spend that time cleaning myself.

I’d just like consistency. They cleaned so fast today that they left all of my countertops in shambles and there were even people that came to inspect their work! The workers that were here two weeks ago were awesome. They took their time and completed everything on their list. I was very happy with them.
