My last one was ""attic express"", this company was amazing. When I met estimate person Marcos, noticed he is very honest with great personality, explained everything in simple language. His price was very resealable & low with compare of others plus more service. His crew were very organized coming early morning at 8:00 am working hard until 5:00 pm of cours with their lunch beak. I was checking their job, they did very clean jobs. My house is 86 years old never cleaned or change insulation. When I moved here after few months I got asthma. When Marcos showed me the photos of attic & crawl space were full of droppings, oils & urine from rats , I got shocked that I should check many years ago. This company did marvels & outstanding jobs that I never seen to any other companies. Marcos sent me photos of before then after finish were unbelievable. Now my house is rat free. Truely excellent service. On time, no mess, doing extra work (reconnect broken duct for me) and point out other issues. I hired them to clean my attic after roof work. They cleaned the messy attic promptly and the end results are excellent. I believe the price is excellent too.

We first met him during our inspection period when he went into the crawl space and attic and gave us detailed photos of pest and water damage (better than our official inspection from Home Gaurd). Those photos helped us negotiate a better deal on the house.

After closing, we got multiple quotes but chose Marco because he was honest, respectful, and didn't try to scare or upsell us as first-time homeowners.
We hired him to rodent-proof the home, replace ducts, and install a vapor barrier, sump pumps, and insulation, all at a very fair price. Every contractor since has complimented the quality of his work saying the materials used and the execution are top tier.

If you are looking for someone who does great work and amazing communication and professionalism, this is the team to go to. Marco shared tons of photos before, during, and after the work, which made everything feel transparent and stress-free. If we ever have more work in the future, we would absolutely hire him again.
