Marco's initial free inspection was very thorough, he's very carefully not to damage anything about my house. He patiently explained every issue he observed and the process he suggested to take care of the issues.

2. Professional service. Marco took his team here for 1 day to replace the insulation and rodent proof the whole house. They covered their work area before they started, they cleaned up after themselves. They shared before and after photos of areas they worked on. Marco even gave a final walkthrough of their work.

With their 5 years of warranty, I feel I can set my heart at ease on this mice issue. Now I'm just going to wait and let time prove their work result. Will update in a few months.

I did not mind paying a little more when Marco explained to me what needs to be done, not a quick job. He created a true cat walk not a mere plywood with no insulation, he had to put it higher than insulation height so he can put insulation underneath it. He even secured my vent properly because it was not done right by my previous contractor. His team was very meticulous in their workmanship, not one speck of old insulation was left in my garage as well as driveway & front lawn. Marco never questioned my anal requests to do touch up inside the house that caused ceiling paint to crack when they were doing the work.
